Light & spacious one bedroom holiday apartment available to rent. Ideally suited for short term stays from 2 nights. Designed with Holiday visitors and Business trips in mind. Also available for "between house moves" where accommodation in needed whilst waiting for completion dates.

We also have a 2 bedroom apartment in the same building, which sleeps up to 4 people and when booked together sleeps up to 7 guests . For both apartments rented as a whole unit sleeping up to a maximum of 7 people .

Prices are for the whole apartment - We prefer a 2 night minimum stay but appreciate this is not always necessary so bookings of only 1 night are charged at the same rate as 2 nights. .

We welcome bookings over 28 days - please enquire.

In certain circumstances (guests under 18) we require a £200 breakages deposit which is refundable subject to final inspection. This deposit covers major damage and does not apply to the usual wear and tear of furnishings and equipment.

Our preferred method of payment for this deposit is by supplying us with a credit card reading or by cheque on arrival.
