A one bedroom upper ground floor holiday apartment available to rent for 2 people sleeping comfortably in 1 bedroom. Additional guest or 2 children may be accommodated on a sofa bed in Lounge.
A light & spacious apartment . Ideally suited for short term stays from 2 nights - 30 days. Designed with Holiday visitors and Business trips in mind. Also available for "between house moves" where accommodation in needed for up to 31 days.
The apartment is presented to a high standard with special attention to finishing touches. Welcome pack to include, Tea, coffee, milk, sugar and cookies. Fresh flowers and bathroom accessories. Linen and Towels included. Newspaper and local magazines, local map, Yellow Pages and information on local facilities.

We also require a £200 breakages deposit which is refundable subject to final inspection. This deposit covers major damage and does not apply to the usual wear and tear of furnishings and equipment.
Our preferred method of payment for this deposit is by supplying us with a credit card reading or by cheque on arrival.

Just a quick e mail to say thank you. We had a wonderful time in Cheltenham at the weekend.
The flat was warm, cosy and very comfortable and we felt very much at home there… it was exactly as expected as the information/photos etc. on the website were so accurate… and it was so convenient for the town centre; a blessing when laden down with Christmas shopping!
