A lovely chalet style bungalow with 2 downstairs bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower and bath, 3 upstairs bedrooms and 3 new bathrooms fitted in March 2010, makes this a fantastic house for family reunions, work colleagues "bonding" , girlie get-togethers and anyone looking for a home from home when working away with their company.

The pretty, private south facing garden is a great suntrap and offers wonderful views of Leckhampton Hill and the golf course.
Bring your swimsuit as the Leisure centre is a short walk from the house and has 2 pools, diving pit, Health Spa, fitness classes, squash, badminton and weights room, all on a Walk-in basis, so you can pay on the day.

A fantastic location to stroll to the Pittville Pump Rooms and taste the Spa waters or idle across the park into the town centre, just 15 minutes walk away. Prestbury Park ,home of National Hunt racing, is less than 10 minutes walk away as is The Centaur conference and exhibition centre.

Cheltenham Leisure centre is open to all and offers deck level pools, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room,fitnesss classes, gym, squash, badminton, an athletics track and is within a 5 minute walk.

The Spar convenience store is normally open 7am-7pm Monday - Saturday, closing at midday on Sunday and sells a wide range of groceries as well as wines, beer and spirits for unwinding after a hard day at the office or satisfying walk round the shops!!
