Set in a very quiet spot at the end of a no-through country lane with a few other cottages, this delightful and traditional cottage is filled with countless Cotswold features to make it one of those holiday cottages that will make you want to come back again and again. With only bird song and a small stream to interrupt the peace we think you will agree!
Inside there are four bedrooms, including one on the ground floor all with those features including beams and flagstone floors. Eastington is a traditional Cotswold hamlet of a handful of houses set a few miles east of Northleach and a short drive from Burford.

Cheltenham / Northleach area
Eastington is a beautiful village located approximately 2 miles from the market town of Northleach, which has a number of basic amenities including pubs, butcher, bakery and shop. Although very quiet and safe (except for the odd flock of sheep marauding the local lanes!), the cottage is well located for touring the Cotswolds. Burford is a short drive away, as are Bourton on the Water, Stow on the Wold and Cirencester. Slightly further afield are Oxford and Cheltenham.

To the side of the house is a smaller courtyard with babbling brook running through (families with young children please note). The cottage, which is behind the owners' cottage, is located towards the end of no through road, with the owners house at the end!
