La Petite Maison with its calming decor and light oak furniture is the perfect place to relax and chill by the pool or just to sit and watch the world go by in this haven of tranquility. It is equipped to a very high standard and the pictures speak for themselves, although we are told the size and beauty of this accommodation is not seen to the full advantage in the photographs. Our gite is family friendly with open plan living and gated access from the house to the garden. A welcome pack is included on arrival to include basic produce for your first night and breakfast the following morning. All towels, bed linen, tea towels and pool towels are provided free of charge . Access to Internet is provided via site-wide WiFi. The property is cleaned before you arrival and we ask that you leave the property as you found it, ready for the next guests. Bikes are available table tennis and badmington, with an area for ball games. Our gites are fully central heated and are strictly non-smoking. The pool is open from May to October. The pool is not heated and is shared between the three properties. It is fitted with a safety alarm in accordance with French law.

The property has been furnished to the highest standard, maintaining many of the characteristics of the region including wooden beams and exposed Charentais stonework. Light oak furnishings and colour schemes reflect the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere of the grounds combined with soft luxurious furnishings making this a perfect holiday haven. The kitchen is fitted with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave, and dishwasher . Underfloor central heating is also provided in the property which includes sky freeview CD and DVD player. All linen and towels, tea towels including pool towels are provided free of charge. Use of the washing machine in the main house is also available.

Maison du Ruisseau, of which La Petite Maison is part, is surrounded by a beautiful stone wall for your privacy. It contains a very pretty cottage garden which is also completely private, but benefits from an orchard and field overlooking the countryside. The swimming pool to the rear of the property, which is 9 x 5 mts complete with security alarm, is accessed through large gates and up five steps.The property is not suitable for those with wheelchairs. And sorry no dogs as the owners have two cats.
The property is provided with patio tables and chairs for all the gites, they are located on the terrace and in the garden to ensure sun all day and early evening; it's ideal for eating breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also provided for the garden and the pool area. Each of the gites is equipped with a barbecue and tools for 'al fresco' dining. You have the use of two bikes and table tennis with a tennis court nearby.
The gites have their own parking area.

    If Ian and Valerie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
