This luxurious 13th century manor house with plentiful and spacious accommodation is located on 10 acres of private land which includes its own private lake, large swimming pool and play area. This holiday home is ideal for those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle as it’s fully equipped and has a plentiful supply of entertainment for all the family.
The play area has plenty of activitys for the children, while the pool and decking area is ideal for those looking to chill out and relax on the sun loungers soaking up the sun and taking in the lovely veiws of the surrounding countryside then have a soak in the hot tub enjoying a nice long cool drink.Or enjoy an hour or so fishing in the small lake on the grounds which has an abundance of diferent fishes to catch. There is a private boat on the river Mayenne which is perfect for fishing or enjoying a boat trip take a picnic!, life jackets supplied.There are three seperate places to BBQ either on gas or charcoal one area a dining terrace being under cover.Out door areas are not over looked.There are many fruit trees Cherries Pears Apples plumbs Peaches Figs to pick and enjoy along with the fresh veg from the garden or try one of our fresh eggs with your breakfast from one of our free range chickens Bread is delivered daily (except mondays)if required
The home is luxuriously furnished with fully fitted kitchen, wood burning stoves in both the dining area and living area. In the sitting room there is satalite tv wi fi a large selection of dvds and vidios for both adults and children pluss a large reading section for all ages also there is an X box a PS two box and a Wi all availabe with games

Visit the 13th century Chateau with its series of six tapestries reaching over 100 mtrs or try the cointreau distilery which gives visitors the opportunity to try its famous orange liqueur

The beautiful Mayenne river offers hundreds of first class fishing locations along its 200 km water way and is an anglers paradise also you can horse ride cycle or just amble along by the waters edge
Saulges
visit the Margot caves a large number of finds bear witness to human occupation from the middle and late Palaeolithic periods.The caves were occupied by some of the earliest hunters.In more recent times rock-climbing routes have been set up on the cliffs.There is open access to more than 150 routes
Saumur
There are many things to see and do in Saumur .There is a chateau to see a museum of mushrooms the museum of horses or see the nationale d equitations training sessions or displays of dressage or visit the caves where they make the sparkling wines of the loire and of corse have a taste!
The Chateau Gontier / St Sulpice area
On the grounds of the manor house there is a plenty to keep all the family entertained. Play area for the children, a boules rink, volleyball, badminton, short tennis and golf net, small pitch and putt course, croquet, 12ft trampoline with safety net, basket ball net and a selection of bikes.
The large swimming pool and decking area with several swing chairs and seats, ideal for unwinding and taking in the surrounding country side. In the grounds there are fenced landscaped koi ponds and many places to barbecue.
It is possible to obtain a fishing permit depending on the time of year, which will enable you to fish in the large river Mayenne and many nearby lakes with carp at 72lbs+++There is also a lake 3mls away where you can go night fishing A 6 seater private boat with outboard is also available to fish from or enjoy a trip on the river Mayenne.
In the area, there are many 18hole golf courses, tennis courts (one free of charge to the house 1 mile away), Many horse riding stables to choose from lots of châteaux to visit a zoo museums large indoor public swimming pool. On the river Mayenne and local lakes there is fishing, boat hire, water-skiing sailing and canooing.The market town of Château-Gontier with all amenities is 8km away
