Aroeira Golf Resort is the largest complex of its kind in the Lisbon region with 2 full 18 holes championship golf courses.

How to get there
From the Lisbon Airport:
The resort is easily accessible by car from the Lisbon airport, 30 minutes drive.
Follow the direction for highway A2 Sul. Cross the bridge "25 de Abril" and turn right, following direction "Costa da Caparica". Follow the freeway (IC20) until you arrive to Costa da Caparica. Turn left following the sign "Golf" (orange colour) and drive south along the beach for 7 km. At the fork, take the right hand side ( 2nd indication "golf"). Drive for 3 km, pass the Fonte da Telha Beach and turn left ( 3rd indication "golf"), drive for 500 metres and turn right ( 4th indication "golf").

Arrival/ Departure for week stay, from Saturday till Saturday prefered. Minimum stay 7 nights. Arrival from 15.00 to 20.00. In case of delay it is essential to contact owner or person in charge of the keys within the a/m period in order to guarantee the respective delivery. Departure until 10.00. Should the number of persons occupying the object exceed the number of persons reserved / reconfirmed, the owner reserves the right to refuse admission. A well-behaved dog is only allowed outside on the covered backyard kennel.

Payment conditions - Booking (down-payment): 30% - Payment 60 days before arrival: 70%
Cancellations In case of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be: - Up to 45 days prior to arrival 40 % of the total amount. - Up to 30 days prior to arrival 50 % of the total amount. - Up to 21 days prior to arrival 70 % of the total amount. - Less than 21 days prior to arrival or "no show" 100 % of the total amount.
Breakages deposit - Refundable breakages deposit of 300,00 € required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
