About the home

This cozy luxurious Villa is located inside a Luxury Golf Resort of 350 hectares, in a natural reserve area which is just 600 metres from the nicest white sand beaches around Lisbon and about 30 minutes drive from the city centre!

Aroeira Golf Resort is the largest complex of its kind in the Lisbon region with 2 full 18 holes championship golf courses.

The guests will love the barbecue area which is right next to the pool to have lunch or dinner outside.
A large covered kennel is available for pet owners who cannot leave their small pets behind.

Arrival/ Departure for week stay, from Saturday till Saturday prefered.
Minimum stay 4 nights from October to June and 1 week from July to September..
Arrival from 15.00 to 20.00. In case of delay it is essential to contact owner or person in charge of the keys within the a/m period in order to guarantee the respective delivery.
Departure until 10.00.
Should the number of persons occupying the object exceed the number of persons reserved / reconfirmed, the owner reserves the right to refuse admission.
A well-behaved dog is only allowed outside on the covered backyard terrace.

Conditions

Services available (optional):
1) Additional house cleaning: €58,00 per complete house clean
2) Additional linen (bedsheets and towels) change: €39,00 per complete linen change
3) Baby sitting: €15,00 per hour

Note:
The optional laundry, house keeping and baby sitting costs are paid locally in cash on the same day the services are made.

Supplements (optional):
1) Central Heating: €35,00 per day
2) Covered Kennel: €100,00 per pet

Note:
- Guard dogs or Barking dogs are not allowed in the Villa
- Pets are not allowed inside the house

Payment conditions:
- Booking (down-payment): 30%
- Payment 60 days before arrival: 70%

Cancellations:
In case of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be:
- Up to 45 days prior to arrival 50 % of the total amount.
- Less than 45 days prior to arrival or 'no show' 100% of the total amount.

Security/Breakages deposit:
€400 required on arrival and refunded on the departure day after property inspection and delivery of the keys.

From the Lisbon Airport:

The resort is easily accessible by car from the Lisbon airport, 30 minutes drive.

Follow the direction for highway A2 Sul. Cross the bridge "25 de Abril" and turn right, following direction "Costa da Caparica". Follow the freeway (IC20) until you arrive to Costa da Caparica. Turn left following the sign "Golf" (orange colour) and drive south along the beach for 7 km. At the fork, take the right hand side ( 2nd indication "golf"). Drive for 3 km, pass the Fonte da Telha Beach and turn left ( 3rd indication "golf"), drive for 500 metres and turn right ( 4th indication "golf").
