About the home

The house is situated on south and west which is the best for light orientation. Its concept of building has been based to give a spirit of holidays enlightening important aspects of quality of life such as: nature, ocean, sun orientation. The garden gives full privacy to the guests as well as space for the children to play. There is a big terrace around the swimming pool to relax and enjoy the sun. It is located close to Lisbon but far enough of the confusion. At night, the guests can use the barbecue and have dinner on the terrace choosing the type of light atmosphere they want through the pool's fibre-optic system.
Inside the resort, guest have access to two 18-hole championship golf courses, four tennis courts, a Spa and a healthcare centre, a communal tropical swimming pool, a playground, a shopping centre, bars, snack-bars and restaurants.
It provides as well the possibility to combine the use of two properties situated next to each other: Villa Aroeira 1 and Villa Aroeira 2, and accommodate groups up to 20 persons.

The kitchen is only separated from the dining room by the american bar and is very well equipped with oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigeration, juice maker and an espresso machine.
All bedrooms open directly to the pool or to the solarium on the first floor's suite which is equipped with a hydro massage tub.

Arrival/ Departure for week stay, from Saturday till Saturday preferred between July and August.
Minimum stay 4 nights.
Arrival from 16.00 to 20.00. In case of delay it is essential to contact owner or person in charge for delivering the keys.
Departure until 10.00.
Refundable breakages deposit of 400 euros required on arrival, to be refunded at departure.
Should the number of persons occupying the object exceed the number of persons having reserved, the owner reserves the right to refuse admission.

7 opened days of pre-booking will be secured before your confirmation by payment 30% of the amount due. In case of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be:
Up to 60 days prior to arrival 10 % of the total amount.
Up to 45 days prior to arrival 20 % of the total amount.
Up to 30 days prior to arrival 50 % of the total amount.
Up to 21 days prior to arrival 70 % of the total amount.
Less than 21 days prior to arrival or "no show" 100 % of the total amount.

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region

Twenty minutes from the center of Lisbon, driving south, the ochre and blue unspoiled beaches on the coastline open on to a vast Atlantic horizon. Verging on the white sands of the Atlantic coast is AROEIRA, the Lisbon Country Club's 350 hectares golf estate which, together with its luxurious private beach installations and tennis courts, is surely the most attractive development of its kind in Portugal. In terms of gastronomy, the Southern part of Lisbon is an area of the most freshly caught fish with an abundance of sea food. The Charneca da Caparica / Aroeira area

Aroeira is situated in a natural reserve "Arrabida Fossil", a geologic formation composed of sedimentary rocks with about 15 millions years, rich in fossil material, one of the most important geologic places in Europe.
Aroeira is the largest golf resort in Lisbon Area with two 18 holes (72 par) golf courses.
Providing the perfect environment for the whole family to have a relaxing or action-packed stay, clubhouse with restaurant, snack-bar and bar, jogging paths, a golf shop, golf school, driving range, swimming pool, 4 tennis courts., Spa & health care and shopping center.
You don't need to be a golfer to stay in Aroeira, less than 1 km from the resort, you have a stretch of 30 km of the most beautiful beaches of Portugal. Starting from the lively beaches near the center of the village "Costa da Caparica", to the almost deserted beaches (and naturist) of the south zone, passing trough the ideal for water or sand sports.

From the Lisbon Airport:
The villa is easily accessible by car from the Lisbon airport, 30 minutes drive.
Follow the direction for highway A2 Sul. Cross the bridge "25 de Abril" and turn right, direction "Costa da Caparica". Follow the freeway (IC20) until you arrive to Costa da Caparica. Turn left following the sign "Golf" (orange colour) and drive south along the beach for 7 km. At the fork, take the right hand side ( 2nd indication "golf"). Drive for 3 km, pass the Fonte da Telha Beach and turn left ( 3rd indication "golf"), drive for 500 metres and turn right ( 4th indication "golf").
