About the home

Serviced Villa Aroeira by Lisbon Leisure, Ltd., is ideal for a party of 8 adults (max 10 + 1 child). Enjoy the privacy of a luxury villa, designer decorated having your comfort in mind, with private bathroom, tv-dvd, hairdryers in each bedroom.

For a relaxed stay, the daily cleaning is included and we will receive you personally with a welcome port and basic groceries pack. Pre stocking service upon request. Transfer from and back to the Lisbon Airport available on request and we provide assistance in arranging all your holiday needs such as car hire (delivery at the villa or airport), Private Chef service, baby-sitting, etc. WIFI, central heating and Air conditioning are free of charge.

The villa is a modern detached house, built in 2010, in a plot with 1.000 sq.meter (approx.11.000 sq.ft.) with private garden and pool, only a 5 minute walk to Aroeira II first hole and to the shopping area of the exclusive Aroeira Golf Resort, 25 minutes from Lisbon center. A 10 km stretch of golden sand beaches is just 2 km away. Both Aroeira I and II are beautiful courses and will surely please you. There are 4 more courses within 10 km and a total of 25 in the Lisbon Region.

The service and hotel style amenities:

We can provide professional chef service to prepare gourmet dinners, breakfast and afternoon tea service. Turndown service, robes and slippers available on request, daily toiletries and towel change, and pre stocking for a VIP service upon request.

All bedrooms are equipped to the standards of fine hotels and boast amenities such as mercerized percale cotton bed linens, bath and swimming pool towels, a small work desk, TV, DVD, radio alarm clock and hair dryers.
Complimentary WIFI broadband internet is available throughout the villa.

Description of the villa:

The villa's contemporary design, by architect Bruno Novo, is complemented by a soothing decoration, featuring wood and marble floors. The living and dining areas offer wide glazed doors with direct access to the garden, as do the 2 ground floor bedrooms, one of them with an ensuite living room, where a sofabed can accommodate 2 extra adults or 2 children. Upstairs, 2 more bedrooms enjoy ample windows with lovely views of the surrounding pine tree forest.

Each bedroom has its own private bathroom/shower room (vide photo with plan), and is equipped with tv, dvd and a small work desk. Three of the bedrooms offer the possibility of superking or twin beds. One of the first floor bedrooms has a double bed 160x200 cm and can accommodate an extra bed suitable for a child. Upon request, we can supply a travel baby cot and other baby equipment, such as a high chair, a box of toys, etc.

The kitchen, modernly equipped with an induction hob and all necessary utilities, can be opened or closed by means of 2 sliding panels to allow more privacy.

The 8x4 m swimming pool is treated with UV + Hydrogen peroxide, well tolerated by sensitive skin, and has a top quality fence for children's safety, which can be removed upon anticipated request. The swimming pool can be heated up to about 3 degrees upon request and extra charge.
All living spaces have air conditioning and new generation radiant-floor heating.

We will personally meet you at the Lisbon Airport, 28 km away, and escort you in own car to Villa Aroeira. If arriving to Lisbon by land, please advice to agree a convenient meeting point or send complete directions to get to Villa Aroeira easily.

We also offer a private transfer service to and fro Villa Aroeira upon request and extra cost.

Aroeira Golf Resort, the gated community where the villa is located, has great access to the A2 highway Algarve-Lisbon, just 9 km away.
