About the home

The house is situated on south which is the best for light orientation. Its concept of building has been based to give a spirit of holidays enlightening important aspects of quality of life such as: nature, ocean, good sun orientation and being located far enough of the confusion but not too far from the city.
At night, the guests will enjoy the terrace The use of the barbecue, only a few steps away from the pool allows pleasant gathering and fine dinner outside.

The Aroeira Golf Resort is located in a natural reserve, next to some of the very best beaches in Portugal and only 25km from the center of Lisbon. Aroeira is the largest golf resort in the Lisbon region, with 350 hectares, thousands of pines and 13 lakes. Aroeira has 2 international championship golf courses with 2 full 18 holes, a golf school, a cozy club house with restaurant, snack bar, bar and golf shop, tropical pool, four tennis courts, playground, a shopping area with a nice supermarket, cafetaria, snack-bar, restaurant, bookstore, pharmacy, clinic, spa, hairdresser, gym, health centre, travel agency, etc.

There is one suite with king size bed, 4 bedrooms with twin beds and a mezzanine with 2 sofa beds. There are 3 bathrooms: 1 with Jacuzzi, 1 with bath tub and a shower bathroom.

Arrival/ Departure for week stay, from Saturday till Saturday preferred between July and August.
Minimum stay 4 nights.
Arrival from 16.00 to 20.00. In case of delay it is essential to contact owner or person in charge for delivering the keys.
Departure until 10.00.
Refundable breakages deposit of 400 euros required on arrival, to be refunded at departure.
Should the number of persons occupying the object exceed the number of persons having reserved, the owner reserves the right to refuse admission.
Smoking only allowed outside the villa.

Min 4 days short term breaks except from 7th of July until 25th of August (1 week min stay). Daily price = weekly price / 7 * 1.2
5 opened days of pre-booking will be secured before your confirmation by payment 30% of the amount due.
In case of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be:
-Cancellation after the accommodation is booked: 30% of the agreed rent;
-Cancellation between 56 days and 42 days before departure: 50% of the agreed rent;
-Cancellation between 42 days before the departure date: 100% of the agreed rent

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region

Twenty minutes from the center of Lisbon, driving south, the ochre and blue unspoiled beaches on the coastline open on to a vast Atlantic horizon. Verging on the white sands of the Atlantic coast is AROEIRA, the Lisbon Country Club's 350 hectares golf estate.
In terms of gastronomy, the Southern part of Lisbon is an area of the most freshly caught fish with an abundance of sea food. Providing the perfect environment for the whole family to have a relaxing or action-packed stay, clubhouse with restaurant, snack-bar and bar, jogging paths, a golf shop, golf school, driving range, swimming pool, 4 tennis courts., Spa & health care and shopping center.
You don't need to be a golfer to stay in Aroeira, less than 1 km from the resort, you have a stretch of 30 km of the most beautiful beaches of Portugal.
