About the home

Spacious villa of 5,000 sq ft. facing south, set in a land of 0.5 acre, integrated into a pine trees area beside the Aroeira golf resort with its two 18 holes golf courses (Par 72) and tennis courts.

It is 4 km far from the best beaches around Lisbon and only 20 min from the capital. It combines, comfort for 10 people, space and offer activities for children and adults.

Inside, its open-space conception allows both communication and privacy between people. Large windows around the living room allow for natural exterior light to brighten the inside of the residence.

The kitchen is from the dining room and is very well equipped with oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigeration, It has 2 suites with double beds and 3 bedrooms. The kids when not playing in the garden or in the swimming pool will enjoy the use of 2 playrooms (Snooker of the first floor and table tennis + table football in the basement).

The villa opens on a large swimming pool, few terraces in front and back of the villa and a BBQ area with a pizza oven. It offers ample space both in the house and in the garden necessary to spend unforgettable holidays with the family. Close to the kitchen on the rear part of the property, you will enjoy a dining area outside besides the BBQ.

Furthermore it combines activities for children and adults such as: private swimming pool, pool table, table tennis, table football, fitness accessories (rowing machine, treadmill, exercise bike), bicycles.
Close by are the activities within the golf resort: Golf (2 golf courses 18 holes par 72), Tennis (4 tennis courts), Swimming Pool, Children´s pool, Playground, Restaurant, ATM. Tennis, golf and communal swimming pool have admission fee.

Arrival/ Departure for week stay, from Saturday till Saturday preferred (compulsory during July and August).
Minimum stay 4 nights except during July and August (1 week min. from Saturday to Saturday)..
Arrival from 16.00 to 22.00. In case of delay it is essential to contact owner or the property manager for delivering the keys. Departure until 10.00.

Refundable breakages deposit of 400 Euros required on arrival, to be refunded subject to satisfactory property inspection. Smoking allowed outside the villa. Well behaved pets allowed.

Conditions

Min 4 days short term breaks except from 2nd of July until 27st of August (1 week min stay). Daily price = weekly price / 7 * 1.2
5 opened days of pre-booking will be secured before your confirmation by payment 30% of the amount due.
In case of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be:
-Cancellation after the accommodation is booked: 30% of the agreed rent;
-Cancellation between 56 days and 42 days before departure: 50% of the agreed rent;
-Cancellation between 42 days before the departure date: 100% of the agreed rent

The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region

Aroeira is the largest golf resort in Lisbon Area with two 18 holes (72 par) golf courses.

You don't need to be a golfer to stay in Aroeira, less than 1 km from the resort, you have a stretch of 30 km of the most beautiful beaches of Portugal.
