The open space concept of the villa offer a practical way of living. Large windows allow for natural exterior light to brighten the inside of the residence. Typical tile floor and a rustic decoration give a warm ambiance.

The garden is built on different levels, the villa being on top and the terrace with furniture for enjoying meals outside is overlooking the swimming pool and BBQ area. The pine trees provide some shade to help the guest stay cool during the hot summer days.
Arrival/ Departure for week stay, from Saturday till Saturday preferred (compulsory during July and August).
Minimum stay 4 nights except during July and August (1 week min. from Saturday to Saturday).
Arrival from 15.00 to 22.00. In case of delay it is essential to contact owner or the property manager for delivering the keys. Departure until 10.00.
Refundable breakages deposit of 400 Euros required on arrival,to be refunded subject to satisfactory property inspection. Smoking allowed outside the villa. Well behaved pets allowed.
Min 4 days short term breaks except from 2nd of July until 27st of August (1 week min stay).
Daily price = weekly price / 7 * 1.2
5 opened days of pre-booking will be secured before your confirmation by payment 30% of the amount due.
In case of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be:
-Cancellation after the accommodation is booked: 30% of the agreed rent;
-Cancellation between 56 days and 42 days before departure: 50% of the agreed rent;
-Cancellation between 42 days before the departure date: 100% of the agreed rent
The Costa de Lisboa/Lisbon region
South to Lisbon, on the Setùbal Peninsula, in addition to the coastline with its townships, beaches, marshes and mountains, is the protected Arrabida Fossil area of the Costa da Caparica which is situated between Trafaria and the Lagoa de Albufeira. This area occupies an area of 1,570 hectares and was so defined in 1984 because of its geological importance of sedimentary rocks which form the river bank, some of which go back 15 million years in time. The river bank dates from when the coastal line was further inland. Nowadays, due to the accumulation of sediment along the coast, the bank is in a fossilized state.
In terms of gastronomy, the Southern part of Lisbon is an area of the most freshly caught fish with an abundance of sea food. The customary high quality of the catch justifies that certain species are often associated with these places: whiting, swordfish, sea Bass, daurade and clams from Sesimbra and red mullet and crabs from Setúbal. Cheese made from ewe's milk in Azeitão and wines produced in the region of Palmela, with special emphasis on "Moscatel" and "Periquita" varieties, are also internationally renowned for their high quality.
The Charneca da Caparica / Aroeira area
Twenty minutes from the centre of Lisbon, driving south, the ochre and blue unspoiled beaches on the coastline open on to a vast Atlantic horizon. Verging on the white sands of the Atlantic coast is Charneca da Caparica.
Stretching from the southern Lisbon bank of the Tagus River, the Caparica area offers one of the longest stretches of sand and ocean in the area with some of the best bathing conditions in Portugal thanks to their beautiful crowd-free beaches. All type of water sport activity is available.
