About this location
The Cornwall region
Cornwall is renowned for its beautiful coastlines and its region packed with history and mystery on the moors.
Recently however, Cornwall has become equally well known for it's quality of food with restaurants by Rick Stein in Padstow, Jamie Oliver's Fifteen in Newquay and now Michelin star chef Nathan Outlow in Rock on the North Coast.
If you are more likely to just laze on the beach, Cornwall has numerous coves and sandy beaches on both coasts for you to explore and enjoy.
Charlestown, St Austell
The historic port of Charlestown is full of quality restaurants bars art galleries and bespoke gift shops for you to peruse and enjoy during your stay.
Only 10 minutes away by car is the Eden Project one of the U.K.s most popular attractions.
Just 6 miles along the cast, a brisk walk for some, is the fishing village of Mevagissey with it's tiny streets and inner and outer harbour with resplendent sea views.
