"Lovely house, but the garden is not private"

I always choose our summer holiday carefully and this one was no different.. We live in a flat with no garden, so having a garden when we are away is of huge importance to me. I have two children who … More

I am truly sorry to hear you weren't totally satisfied with your stay at the property. However your statement regarding the gardens isn't at all accurate. There is a large private garden, exclusive (belonging) to Castle House which is surrounded by large conifers, a fence and railings making it very secure and I noticed your children playing here on a number of occasions and their toys out during your stay. This garden measures over 85ft long by over 36ft wide, should this not be enough space for a 2 and a 3 year old there are adjacent gardens belonging to Castle Manor which guests of Castle House are more than welcome to use. As well as this large garden there is also a large secure flagged area belonging to Castle House. Having spoken to you on a number of occasions during your stay you seemed very happy, and made no comment about this "issue" .Had I known, on arrival, you were't completely satisfied I would have quite happily given you a full refund.
