Athina Luxury Villas is a truly unique property designed for all those who seek privacy and quietness. The property is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, offering a breathtaking view to the ocean.

Each villa has its own private pool surrounded by lavish gardens of about 6.000 sq.m. and it is fully protected by tall stone walls so as to prevent intruding eyes and guarantee absolute safety and privacy.

The villa accommodates up to 7 persons in its spacious living areas of about 110 sq.m. with the homely atmosphere and the comfortable furnishings. The villa has been decorated in absolute style offering all modern amenities and services such as daily maid service, daily change of towels, linen 2-3 times/week, massage, aromatherapy sessions in its marble hammam and many more.

The villa is a comfortable maisonette made of wood and stone, designed in absolute style and decorated with expensive furnishings, textiles and all modern facilities.

It is centrally heated, fully air-conditioned, with a fireplace, floors made of wood and italian tiles, marble bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, large bedrooms with impressive hand-made beds, hand-made mirrors and other exceptional details, wooden stairs, expensive crystal lights, comfortable furniture and silk curtains.

In the bathrooms there are fluffy towels, bathrobes, slippers, luxury toiletries and hair-driers.

Both floors feature large verandas with a view to the garden, pool and endless blue of the sky and the sea.

The villa is is surrounded by truly impressive gardens and a large lawn where you can find comfortable garden furniture and sunbeds. There is a private gate opening by remote control so as to secure absolute privacy while the stone walls that surround the property help prevent intruding eyes. The central gate of the property opens only by remote controls held by the guests.

While in the villa one can enjoy absolute privacy and relaxation in an impressive environment. Our experienced staff takes great care to keep gardens and pool in excellent condition while also respecting the privacy of our guests at all times.

Conditions

All reservations are confirmed upon 30% deposit. Upon receipt of deposit, a receipt along with an official confirmation letter and the villa's brochures and maps are sent to the renter.

Remaining balance is settled on departure in cash or by credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD).

Full refund applies for cancellations made at least two months prior to arrival.

The Crete region

While in Chania you can visit many beautiful beaches that lie within distances of 3-50km. The famous Gorge of Samaria is a true must for nature-lovers.
Rethymno and Heraklion, with its famous Minoan palace of Knossos is just 160km further to the east and constitutes an ideal destination for all those who wish to visit its Museum and admire the well preserved Palace of the Minoan Cretans.

Its warm climate is also another feature that makes it an ideal destination for both Greek and foreign tourists all through the year.

The Chania / Platanias area

Athina Luxury Villas is located in the small traditional village of Xamoudochori, 7km west of Platanias, the famous tourist resort with its intense night life and many opportunities for entertainment. Platanias, with its sandy beach and many water sports, is an ideal destination for all those who enjoy shopping, clubbing and wish to experience the local cuisine in West Crete.

The city of Chania, with its historical centre and Venetian Harbour, is just 19 km to the east. Chania is a living museum due to its well preserved Venetian Harbour with the impressive architecture combining elements from its ancient Minoan past as well as the Venetian and Turkish times.

Chania is built over the Minoan Ancient Kydonia and while walking around its small alleys one can admire the new archaeological findings which are scattered around the Harbour.

Fly to Heraklio (HER) - Athina Luxury Villas is 160km west of the Airport of Heraklion.
