The two bedroom luxurious villa is ideally located a stone’s throw away from the sandy beach in Maleme. The minimalist deco and the clear lines in the architectural design, result in a spacious, comfortable holiday home blend perfectly with the views of the sea in front and the verdant fields on the side.

Beautifully kept gardens with palm trees, flowers and lawn come to complete this avant-garde home which is complimented with a large private swimming pool. The wide sandy beach is only 100 meters walk from the villa and it is perfect not only for swimming but also for sea-breeze catching walks in the early mornings and late evenings.

Fine restaurants, friendly family owned tavernas and few shops are located a short walk from the villa. For those seeking more nightlife, cosmopolitan Platanias with several restaurants, cafes, bars and shops is located a short drive away.

Ground Floor: Open plan living dining area with comfortable sofa,satellite TV, DVD, CD, A/C.Large glass doors leading to terrace and pool area. Modern stainless steel kitchen with microwave, dishwasher. Shower room. Utility room with washing machine, ironing and storing. Open staircase (wall along one side, no railings along other side) to first floor.

First Floor: Spacious double bedroom (A/C) with en suite shower room and Juliette balcony. Twin bedroom (A/C) with en suite shower room.

Outdoors: Shaded dining terrace, sun terrace, private swimming pool (13m x 6m) all north facing with extended sea views. Pool shower, BBQ, grass area and gardens, parking outside the villa gated entrance (facing south).
