The new converted villa with its two generously proportioned holiday apartments is in a quiet central location, only 500m from the beautiful sandy beach of Kalamaki and 5km to the west of the city of Chania.
The newly constructed 140m2 holiday apartment on the ground floor offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern and tastefully furnished living-dining area featuring a fitted kitchen with all modern facilities. There is direct access from the apartment to the outdoor-terrace and the beautiful garden, which has a separate pool-area and barbecue.
The 140m2 large apartment on the upper floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room leads out onto the 30m2 large terrace with sea view. In the 1260m2 of wonderful surroundings, there is a large pool (whirlpool) as well as a separate children's pool with sunbeds and garden furniture, a barbecue area, a perfect lawn, a wide variety of fruit trees, cypresses and herbage providing shade during the hot periods of the year.

The villa lays in a unique position, only 5km to the west of the city of Chania, known as the most beautiful town of Greece. It's just 500m from the sandy beach of Kalamaki, which is ideal for bathing and relaxing.
Kalamaki is a beautiful residential area close to the sea and just 15 minutes away from Chania.
Crete is one of Europ's most popular holiday regions and offers miles of golden sandy beaches, historic towns and monuments, unique landspapes, high mountains which are covered in snow during winter, green valleys, unique and mighty gorges - not to forgetting the warm hospitality of the cretan people, which leave behind lasting memories.
Just to mention a few of most beautiful destinations in the western part of the island: the Samaria gorge, the largest national park in Europe, Knossos and the archeological museums in Heraklion and Chania, Elafonissos and Falassarna, the two "South Sea" beaches in the very western part of the island, Balos, also known as Pirate's Bay. Crete offers something for everyone.

The western part of this island offers miles of golden, sandy beaches, historic regions and monuments, unique landscapes, high mountains which are covered in snow during winter, green valleys, unique and mighty gorges - not forgetting the great hospitality of the cretan people, which will leave behind lasting memories. Crete is a self-sufficient land in every way that is rich in endemic and rare flora and fauna. The morphology of the landscape and the location of Crete in the centre of the Mediterranean have a direct effect on the climate which is characterized as temperate Mediterranean and particulary dry with sunlight 70% of the year. Winter is mild but not frosty. The weather in April is sweet and pleasant and few are the times when the sunlight is suddenly replaced by lighy rain. May till October are usually sunny and warm. The summer however is quite hot and arid with July and August being the hottest months of the year without rainfall.
The Chania / Kalamaki area
