The 40sq metre mosaic tiled pool to the rear is shared with four other villas. The garden surrounding the property is on two levels with private areas for sunbathing or sitting in the shade. Sunbeds and deckchairs are provided.

The villa is furnished in a contemporary modern style. The open plan lounge/kitchen has an L shaped sofabed, leather chair and coffee table with front facing french doors that have views over Plaka village and the sea beyond. .
Guests have the use of a wall mounted CD/mp3 player, flat screen led tv with satellite and DVD player. A selection of cds and dvds are provided, or you may wish to bring your own favourites.
The lounge/kitchen and both bedrooms are air conditioned and hot water is provided by means of solar power, backed up by electricity. For cooler weather, oil filled radiators are available.
The first floor has two bedrooms that share a balcony with pergola and stunning sea views.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe safe, wall mounted lcd tv /dvd to play dvd's only, wall mounted hair dryer, ceiling fan..
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, wall mounted lcd TV and DVD player to play DVD's only, wall mounted hair dryer, ceiling fan.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets, mirrors. Duvets are provided for the cooler months.
The villa is licensed by the Greek tourist board. Any villa that is let without this all important EOT licence is operating illegally. The requirements of the EOT are comprehensive and cover for example fire precautions, environmental inspections, swimming pool maintenance and safety. You can book this property with confidence.
The well appointed modern kitchen has been thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay, with a full cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, frappe maker, toaster, ironing facilities and the vital wine glasses and bottle opener!
The kitchen has an extending table and chairs.
Completing the ground floor is a shower room with walk in shower, basin with cabinet above and wc.
The marble staircase leads to the first floor and has a wall mounted bookshelf with books ranging from fiction to guidebooks and local walks.
The first floor has a spacious bathroom with bath/shower over, basin with cabinet above, wc and washing machine.

The attractive garden surrounding the property is on 2 levels and has a wide variety of Mediterranean plants, including bougainvillea, palms, fruit trees and cacti. Sunbeds and deckchairs are provided so that guests can enjoy the peace and privacy of the garden while sunbathing or relaxing in the shade. For alfresco dining, the verandah has table and chairs. The first floor balcony also has a table with two chairs. Guests can take pleasure in the sea and mountain views while swimming in the pool, and the pool terrace is an alternative sunbathing area. A major advantage of this villa is that it benefits from an open front aspect with views over Plaka village to Souda Bay that can be enjoyed from both ground and first floor levels.

Plaka is in an elevated position with great sea and mountain views and Villa Sinefo Ennea enjoys a village edge location, but is only a 5 minute walk to the village square, with its excellent tavernas, mini market and kafeneions.
