The villa is built on a hill at Pano Stalos at Chania Crete Greece, with a panoramic view of Chania gulf. It is constructed under high standards and it is dominated by the strong presence at local elements and a wonderful view. The villa also has jacuzzi, satelite TV, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue, air condition, telephone, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, safe box, stereo music and private parking.

The villa offer a friendly environment and you will definitely enjoy your stay there. The villa is suitable for family vacations and for those who want to have superb unforgettable holidays!

In front of the villa there is a paved terrace where the private swimming pool with the integral children's pool is found. At the same part of the garden there is a covered, shady area where you can seat and relax admiring the wonderful view. In the garden of the villa there are two barbecue areas, both covered with wooden pergolas. Except of the barbecues, in these areas there are traditional stone ovens and all the necessary to cook and enjoy your meals. The terrace and all balconies are furnished with garden sets.

The Villa consists of two independent villas on a three level building. The lower level is a single storey villa with a sitting / dining area, an open plan kitchen, two twin bedrooms, one double bedroom, a common bathroom and a bathroom en suited to the double bedroom. French doors lead from the sitting area and the double bedroom to the terrace with the pool. The second villa consists of the middle and the upper floor. The main entrance opens to the middle floor and to a traditional sitting / dining area. The kitchen is separated from this area with a bar. On this floor there is also a bathroom. Stairs lead to the upper floor where two twin and a double bedroom are found. There are also two bathrooms, one common and one ensuited to the double bedroom.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
