This is a modern Townhouse with all modern amenities located in a residential estate 5 mins walk from the local beach (the sea at this beach is very rough and not reccommeded for swimming, however it is good for early morning walks). The property is suitable if you like to cook or if you want take-outs or a combination of both. There are cool box, cool bag for beach picnic and the nearest beach suitable for bathing is Silver Sands (5 mins by car) and Miami Beach (10 mins by car/taxi). there is also a bus service taking you to Oistins where there is a hub of activity most night and on fridays/Saturdays there is Fish Fry. The property is located about 20 mins drive from St Lawerence Gap where there is always something going on for tourist day and night 7 days a week.

The townhouse is suitable for two couples sharing or a family with 2 or 3 kids (one cot available, or up to 6 Adults sharing. There are stairs in the property and outside, handrails are provided for both inside and outside for those with limited mobility.

We can orginise for a Grocery Pack and Beer/Soft Drinks to be available on arrival.
Airport transfer can also be arranged.
Smoking is not allowed inside the Townhouse but you can smoke on the Balcony where there are table and chairs and ashtrays.

There is a small tiled courtyard type back garden and parking at the front for one vechicle.
A BBQ is available upon request .
A returnable Security Deposit of £300 (or US$450/BDS$900) is required with the final payment which is due one month before arrival
A travel Cot is available but guest must bring their own cot linen
Any additional Guest added afer the booking must be notified prior to arrival, and may be charged for.

"Nice clean place in a quiet neibourhood close to everything"
We enjoyed our stay in the townhouse very much. It had everything we needed - dishwasher, washing machine, and AC in the bedroom. The wi-fi was working about 75% of the time but the issue was being resolved. The owners made every effort to make us feel comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet. We were only a 10 minute walk from Long Beach (not recommended for swimming but beautiful for a walk along the beach) Golf course was an 8 minute drive away. Miami Beach (great for swimming) and shopping were only a 10 minute drive away.
