The great room area offers a living room 15'x17', dining room 15'x14' and a family room 19'x15' with patio doors opening onto the stunning pool, Jacuzzi and covered Lanai area. The Lanai area is equipped with patio chairs, table and sun loungers.
The kitchen, utility and breakfast nook area are all fully equipped with everything you would expect from an executive home.
The 5 bedrooms are all of a good size with the master suite as the real pearl. The master bedroom is 20'x15', in addition to a private en-suite, separate shower and bath with a full walk in wardrobe. The master suite also has patio doors that lead out onto its own covered 19'x10' balcony with table and chairs.
The other 4 bedrooms are all of good size with built in wardrobes, chest of drawers and TV's as standard.

The villa is in a superb location situated just off the I4 at junction 58, only 10 miles south from the Disney Theme Parks. With all of the attractions on the I4 corridor, easy quick access to the main highway is a must. After the long flight you do not want to get lost looking for your villa.
Our Villa has it's own private pool and Jacuzzi, the community also has a club house, outdoor pool, tennis court and Volleyball court. The community is secure and gated, access is via a security code given to guests prior to your stay.
All correspondence will be sent to the primary guest at the address specified on the booking form.
The booking will not be deemed as accepted until the deposit has been received and cleared.
A £100 per week deposit must accompany the booking form.
The rental period commences 4 pm local time on the day of arrival as indicated in the booking form. Guests must vacate the villa by 10am on the day of departure.
Neither we nor our agents accept liability to pay compensation in respect of any loss, damage or changes arising from circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances include (but are not limited to) war, riots, civil disturbance, strikes, floods, closure of airports, adverse weather conditions, act of God or other events beyond our control.
We cannot accept liability for any third party claim, accident, damage or loss to you, your property, or for any expenses. Therefore, we strongly advise you to obtain adequate travel insurance.
Upon receipt of the final payment which must be made 8 weeks prior to departure, a welcome pack, that includes directions to the villa, will be sent to the primary guest.
If you cancel the booking for whatever reason the following charges will apply:-
More than 8 weeks
- the deposit only
Between 6 and 8 weeks
- 50% of the total rental costs
Between 4 and 6 weeks
- 75% of the total rental costs
Less than 4 weeks
- 100% of the total rental costs.
Additional to the rental price we also require a security bond of £150 to cover the cost of any breakages, damage or excessive cleaning or utility bills during your stay. The bond will be returned within 30 days, less any deductions deemed necessary by our management company.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region
The villa is in a superb location situated just off the I4 at junction 58, only 15 miles south from the Disney Theme Parks. The Universal Theme parks are just off I4 and reached in less than 25 minutes. The fantastic beaches on the Gulf of Mexico and the Tampa Theme parks are reached is less than one hour from our Villa. The fantastic Florida climate is infectious, water parks,restaurants,shopping mall's, Golf and so much more make our villa the perfect family vacation.
The Champions Gate / West Haven area
West Haven is less than half a mile from Championsgate. ChampionsGate Golf Club features two premier 18-hole championship golf courses designed by accomplished architect and golfer, Greg Norman.
ChampionsGate resort offers an un-matched golf facility and is regarded as one of the top courses nation wide. This premier golf club features an impressive clubhouse, restaurant and banquet facility, large enough to handle large tournaments.
The Championsgate community also boasts an Omni Orison Hotel, Restaurants, grocery store, hairdresser and Gas station.

Our Home is reached in less than 40 Minutes from Orlando International Airport.
Orlando International(MCO) is serviced daily by over 30 flights from the UK both direct or Via a US connecting city. Direct airlines include BA, Virgin and Aer Lingus. Connecting carriers include United, American Airlines, Delta, US Airways and Continental. Thomas Cook, Thomson and First Choice fly into Orlando Sanford.

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us, a family of 4 adults and 5 children, with room to spare for us all. The pool, and jacuzzi were a huge hit and well used by us all. Games room, table soccer and TVs galore meant we were all able to be amused at all times. Plenty of space and seating to eat inside or out, great kitchen and huge washing machine. Close to main routes for theme parks, shopping and eating. We were all so excited as we drove up to the house and certainly not disappointed when we explored inside. We'd love to stay again!

152 Essex Place is a beautiful house , it is very spacious and well maintained. The pool area is also a good size with adequate furniture. The games room is an added bonus and was a great hit with my boys (10yrs and 13yrs). This house is in a great location close to Champions Gate where there is a supermarket , a selection of restaurants and a drug store. It is also only a short distance from the Disney parks and Universal Studios which can be easily reached from Interstate 4. Highway 192 is also close by where there is a huge selection of restaurants. Overall a very pleasant experience.
