All you need to make your holiday special is provided in Kingsway's Courtyard Villa, located in a quiet area of Davenport, Florida.

The unique layout of this courtyard villa means that you will never be overlooked whilst relaxing or swimming in the pool area, offering you the highest privacy on your vacation. The pool receives Florida sunlight throughout the day and offer and enjoyable alternative to the busy hustle and bustle of the Disney theme parks should you wish to stay at home during your visit.

The accommodation comprises of four spacious bedrooms, two large double bedrooms and two twin bedroom. The double bedrooms have en suite facilities and the twin rooms share a bathroom. The living area has a large kitchen, a large dining/sitting room with cable TV, music centre, and unlimited internet access.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

Florida is a sub-tropical state and the reason for the increase figures in the warmer months is due to the tropical rainfall. However, the rain clouds go over quickly and the area returns to the warm conditions.

Local shops include Publix, which is a supermarket which sells everything one needs for a comfortable holiday.

The Champion Gates Golf course is only 5 minutes away.

Champions Gate / West Haven area

The villa is situated in a quiet area of Orlando. The Abbey, West Haven, near Champion Gate and off the Ronald Regan boulevard. The main restaurant and eating area is 5 minutes away. The area is very clean and in a quiet area.

Due to this villas close location to the Interstate 4 Motorway Attractions are very easily accessible. A welcome pack on arrival lists full directions of the major attractions.

The Disney parks are only 9 minutes away.
Universal Studios 15 minutes drive away
Sea world is 20 minutes away
The east coast beaches are just over an hours away
The beautiful west coast beaches just over 1hr 30

Many many more locations lie within a short drive enjoy!

How to get there

The easiest route to get to the villa if you are landing at Orlando International airports is to take the South exit road from the airport, joining the 417 heading towards the Interstate 4. The 417 is a toll road and will cost $2.5 approx. It will join up with the Interstate 4.

When you join the Interstate 4 take the second exit off (junction 58, sign posted Kissimmee).

When you go down the slip road, you should see a fountain in front of you, keep in the right hand lane.

At the end of the slip road, you can turn right or left. Turn right.

You will see an archway with the name ''Champions gate'' built into ti, go through this archway. You will pass Publix supermarket on your right.

Keep going until you come to a ''T'' junction, this is the county road 54. You now need to turn right.

After about 1 mile, you will see a junction on your left, turn in here: this is West haven. At the end of the road is a roundabout, turn left at the roundabout and you will see ''The Abbey'' entrance in front of you.

The villa is approximately 250 yards on your right hand side.

Users of this villa also have access to the clubhouse which is a short walk within West haven. The clubhouse has Tennis courts, beach volley ball set, a large communal pool and children's play area and access to on site help and information from the staff of the clubhouse.
