Also at ChampionsGate you can find the David Ledbetter Golfing Academy World HQ. Publix supermarket, numerous restaurants/take-outs, a Walgreens Pharmacy, Gas Station, Internet cafe and a DVD/Video game rental store.

Walt Disney World is only 15 minutes away Seaworld and Discovery Cove 25 minutes Universal Studios 30 minutes.
Kennedy Space Centre is a mere hour away and you can even take a trip to Cocoa Beach on the Space Coast with it's deep sea fishing trips and cruises available and then there is St. Petersburg/Clearwater/Tampa to the West, both a little over an hour away with some gorgeous coastline intertwined with numerous inlets of water.

There are over 50 championship courses within one hours drive of our home with the closest being at Champions Gate which is 3 minutes away. Here you will find 2 championship courses designed by Greg Norman. Also there is the David Leadbetter Dream Academy. At Champions Gate there are shops and restaurants including a Publix supermarket, post office, liquor store, great Chinese restaurant, Subway, McDonalds, an Italian Restaurant, Chillis Restaurant as well as 2 petrol stations. Tennis courts and a children's play area are available to use for a 2 minute walk up the road within The Manor and Disney is only 12 minutes drive away.
How to get there
Orlando Int'l Airport - West Haven is located approx 25 minutes from the airport. Tampa Airport - located approx 75 mins from West Haven Sandford Airport - approx 75 mins away.
Flights available from many carriers including: Virgin Atlantic Airways and British Airways to Orlando airport. Check out the prices at www.chartertravel.co.uk - they can usually do some exceptional fares with Virgin Atlantic.

Driving Directions: When you leave the Airport move to the right hand lane and follow the signs to the South exit for the 417, this will be in red, overhead. You will filter onto a motorway this is the main highway to and from the Airport, keep in the right lane, after a few miles turn right onto the Hwy 417, keep a watch out for the sign post 417 South it can be easy to miss (this is a toll road so please have some US change), take the 417 South to the end, and join the I4 go west and take the Exit 58 . After coming off the I4 bear right onto Champions Gate Blvd and through the gates, you will pass Publix on your right, go over the traffic lights to the end of the road, at the T junction turn right onto the State road 54, follow this road for about 1 mile and take your first left into West Haven go straight to the roundabout and turn right where you will find the Entrance to “The Manor” half a mile up on the left hand side.

Further details indoors: Both master bedroom suites are almost identical in size and sit on opposite sides of the house (floor plan available on owner website) both with access to the pool deck and each has it's own full size luxury bathroom suite with separate WC.
The villa is very spacious and comprises a further 2 bedrooms that sleep 6, each with their own private bathroom.
The villa is not overlooked and has a beautiful rear aspect overlooking the orange groves which Florida is famous for.
The pool area also has a large undercover lanai providing shade in the heat of the day. The covered lanai is equipped with tables and chairs and the pool deck with loungers. There is also a safety fence available to surround the pool when there are small children around.
Inside the villa the lounge has a great view of the pool and orange groves through large glass sliding doors. The lounge is open plan with TV/DVD and also opens directly onto the pool deck. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and a separate dining area (table seats 8). In addition there is a utility room and a double garage.
Our holiday home is maintained by a local management company to ensure it is professionally maintained inside and out. If there are any problems, they are on call 24 hours a day.
The villa is cleaned before and after each visit but additional cleans can be arranged at an extra cost.
All towels and bed linen are provided. Electricity, water, utilities, cleaning and pool maintenance are included. You will find a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice and water, microwave, dinner service, patio plasticware, kitchen utensils, glasses, cutlery, cable T.V./DVD in the living area together with cable T.V in both master bedrooms, phone, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer.
Further details outdoors: The villa is not overlooked but backs onto orange groves. The pool deck enjoys the sun in the afternoon and on into the evenings which is a great way to spend your relaxation time after a busy day at the parks or sightseeing.
The Community of West Haven is built on one of the highest points around for miles, the fireworks at Walt Disney World can sometimes be seen from the main gates of the community. The Manor at West Haven will shortly have a private clubhouse and currently enjoys a community pool.

Guestbook for La Belle Maison
This home itself combines luxury with comfort and we loved the way the two identical master bedroom suites surrounded the pool and spa. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was very well appointed. Shopping, golf and dining out were right around the corner and unlike most vacation homes, this one offers complete backyard and pool privacy as it backs onto a large, beautiful orange grove.
We had an excellent holiday. Your villa was all we had hoped for and more. We found it clean and well maintained and it was tastefully decorated and well furnished throughout. The large open living space and kitchen were great for a family. We enjoyed the extra TVs in the bedrooms and the cable TV especially as the kids always wanted to watch something different from us! Of great use to us was the free international calls home to the UK. There were plenty of towels which was very useful having children who were in and out of the pool all day. We loved the peaceful view of the orange groves from the pool area. The utility room was also a godsend being able to use the washer and dryer. In all your home is beautiful and we enjoyed staying there very much. We are yearly visitors to Florida and have stayed in a lot of accommodation of varying quality. Yours was one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. I would recommend your villa to friends and would certainly use it again myself.
The property was even better than we expected. The ability to roll back the patio doors and open through from the lounge to the patio and pool area was a big plus over other villas we have rented in the past. Everything was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, so peaceful yet it was simple and quick to reach Disney, restaurants on the 192 and other attractions. It was so easy and pleasure to rent from you and many thanks for taking time from your own vacation in France to call us in Florida to check we had settled in OK . I hope we will be renting from you again in the future.
