Alder House is a luxury vacation rental property located in the Champions Gate area of Orlando. It is within 3 miles of the I-4 interstate which provides easy access to the attractions at Disney World (Magic Kingdom, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Epcot and the water parks Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach). Also within easy reach are Sea World, Discovery Cove and Universal Studios and the Water Park at Wet and Wild. There are also numerous shopping oppertunities at locations such as Millenia Mall and Florida Outlet Village. Kennedy space centre and beach locations are also accessible on the east coast as are the Gulf of mexico beaches on the west coast.
