Our superb 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa offers spacious luxury accommodation with all the comforts of home, and more. The Manor at West Haven is an exclusive gated community of just 57 larger than average homes, situated on one of the highest points in Central Florida – at the entrance you can even see the fireworks from nearby Walt Disney World.

The villa's features include beautiful quality furnishings throughout, a large 30ft private heated pool with spa, an "out of this world" space-themed games room, full air conditioning / heating, ceiling fans, cable TV, high speed internet access and free telephone calls.

For dining there is a separate formal Dining Area with large slate top dining table, and in addition there is the Breakfast Nook with circular, slate top extendable table.

The garage has been converted into an "out of this world" space themed family Games Room, complete with 8ft quality pool table, air hockey, foosball table, TV, DVD player and black lighting.

Large patio doors open from the living area onto the large covered lanai, ideal for al fresco dining, with luxurious loungers and patio furniture for relaxing by the large 30ft x 15ft screened pool with 7ft Spa. Aspects to the south and west take full advantage of the Florida sunshine - great for those relaxing evenings.
A safety screen and alarms on all doors leading to the pool area provide extra peace of mind for those with small children.

The Manor at West Haven also features a community tennis court & children's play area with cabana.

All bookings are subject to our Booking Conditions which you will be provided with prior to completing your booking. These are also available on request.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

A refundable security deposit is payable with the final balance.

The Champions Gate / West Haven area

Located close to ChampionsGate in the Davenport area, between I4 and US27, access to all the major attractions is quick and easy. Walt Disney World is only 15 minutes away, Seaworld and Discovery Cove 25 minutes, and Universal Studios 30 minutes.

Local facilities are less than a 5 minute drive away at ChampionsGate, where you will find a large Publix supermarket, Walgreens store/pharmacy, bank, gas stations and other local shops. There is also a choice of restaurants and takeaways nearby including Chinese, Italian, Chillis, Subway, Beef O'Bradys, Dominos and MacDonalds, or you can try the restaurants in the nearby Omni Resort hotel.

Kennedy Space Centre is a mere hour away and you can even take a trip to the beach with both East and West coasts (such as Cocoa Beach and Clearwater respectively) a little over an hour away.

There are many excellent golf courses nearby, with outstanding championship courses at ChampionsGate (designed by Greg Norman) just 5 minutes away.
