Our luxury 4 Bed, 3 bathroom villa is located in Lake Wilson Preserve, which is a picturesque, Mediterranean style enclave of just 96 luxury villas. It is located just 12 minutes drive from Disney at Lake Wilson Preserve, Davenport, Florida, sleeping up to 8 people.
Our home benefits from a peaceful private screened pool which backs onto a woodland conservation area. Recline by the pool or if you still have energy after the parks, why not have a game or pool/billiards, table tennis, air hockey or try electronic darts in our games room.
Bring your laptop and take advantage of our free wireless internet connection throughout the home and by the pool.

LIVING AREA
The living area of the house is the central point of the home and has great presence from its open plan nature and a full double height vaulted ceiling.
Sit in the Queen sleeper sofa, loveseat or single chair and have great views of the pool or conservation area at the rear, we are not overlooked..
Alternatively you could make use of the 42" LCD flat screen cable television, the DVD player or X Box games console, or more traditional methods of entertainment are available with a selection of books and board games on hand.
A telephone is also available with free landline calls to USA, Canada and UK and some other countries.
We also have a wireless internet connection in the home. So if you take your wireless laptop with you this would be a great place to use it, or of course you could choose to sit by the pool on the deck whilst soaking up the sun and surfing the net!
Bring some CD's and Relax to Your Favourite Music. Our music system is available for radio, CD and IPOD use.
DINING AREA
Adjoins lounge for relaxed vacation living and enjoys views of pool and conservation area, with access to lanai area.
Dining table complete with place-mats and 6 dining chairs. Adjacent breakfast bar seats 3 on breakfast barstools
Outside, if you prefer dining "al fresco" we have seating for 8.
A BBQ can be arranged via our Management Company for a small additional fee.
KITCHEN
Facilities include a large fridge freezer with automatic icemaker. Full-size electric oven and hob. Dishwashers, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric can opener, food mixer and waste disposal unit.
You will also find a complete set of cooking utensils, pots and pans. Dinnerware and glassware are also provided.
Utility Room – Facilities include large washing machine, large tumble dryer. Iron, ironing board and hoover also to hand.
GAMES ROOM
Relax and have fun in the games room.
For 2012 we have added a pool/billiards table to our games room along with electronic darts.
Table Tennis table with bats and balls provided.
American style Air Hockey with electronic scoreboard timer and sound effects.
Ceilings fan and light to help you keep a little cooler amidst the fun!
BEDROOMS
Master Bedroom - Bedroom has views of conservation area and overlooks pool and deck area.
American King size bed, with bedside units and lighting at either side and a radio alarm clock. Dresser with mirror above and large 4 drawer chest.
A 32 inch LED Flat Screen Cable remote control TV for your entertainment. Combined ceiling fan and light for that added extra comfort.
Walk-in closet with its own lighting to store your clothes and all your shopping!
Master Ensuite - Comprising of toilet, extra large tub, separate double shower and twin vanity sink unit with large mirror and lights above. A hair dryer is also provided. All towels and bedlinen provided at no extra charge
2nd Master Bedroom - (Downstairs) Double Queen Bed with traditional heritage stars and stripes bedding with full downstairs house bathroom adjoining. Bedside unit, built in closet, 4 drawer chest and mirror. 24 inch LED Flat Screen TV and radio alarm clock. Combined ceiling fan and light for that added comfort.
Adjoining Downstairs House Bathroom The adjoining bathroom has a toilet, vanity sink unit with mirror and lights above. Full bath which incorporates a fixed shower.
Bedroom 3 - Mickey’s and Minnie’s Bedroom Two twin single beds, radio alarm clock, built in closet, four-drawer chest, mirror and remote controlled cable television.
Bedroom 4 - A beautiful light room with two twin single beds, radio alarm clock, built in closet, four-drawer chest, mirror and remote controlled cable television.
Extra Sleeping Provision A double extra bed can be gained by using sofa bed in the living area, blanket, mattress cover sheets and 2 pillows are provided for this purpose. Our home will therefore easily accommodate 8 people but could sleep 10.

Family Upstairs Bathroom
Comprising of toilet, vanity sink unit with mirror and lights above. Full bath which incorporates a fixed shower with Mickey Mouse shower curtain.
Further details outdoors:
Private screened pool, with great views of woodland conservation area. The pool depth ranges from 3' at one end graduating to 5'6” at the deepest point. It is a wonderful way to relax after a hard day in the parks or on the golf course. Very private with palm trees closeby.
Sunbathe by the pool or enjoy a relaxing meal under the covered lanai area.
The pool can be heated at an additional cost, this is recommended between October and March. The pool has underwater lighting should you fancy a dip after the sun has gone down.
A pool cover is provided for use by guests to assist keep the water warmer in the cooler months.

Pool heat is optional at a charge of £90 per week ($145) inclusive of taxes, which must be paid in advance.
Our payment conditions are 20% of the total Rental Cost due must be received at the time of the booking – the balance is due to be paid in full (and any cheque etc cleared) at least 56 days prior to arrival.

Lake Wilson Preserve, is a picturesque, Mediterranean style enclave of just 96 luxury villas. Located just a short distance from Highway 192 and Interstate 4 (3 mins) many of the worlds best theme parks are close by, with Disney just 10 minutes away, Sea World 20 minutes and Universal Studios under 25 minutes.
The Champions Gate / Lake Wilson Preserve area
Lake Wilson also neighbors the recreational golf facilities at up-market Reunion and Champions-Gate Golfing complex. Only a few minutes away you will find a supermarket, hairdresser, McDonald's, 24 hour drugstores, Chili's Grill & Bar Restaurant Wells Fargo bank. Just 10 minutes to Highway 192 with its many shopping and numerous restaurant facilities. International Drive is easily accessible via the I4, with a 20 minute drive giving access to many more restaurants, discount shops.

June 2011 We stayed for 2 weeks. 4 Adults and 4 kids. Kids with ages between 8 and 15).We enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood, and most important, it is a safe and nice neighbourhood. More or less 30 minutes form the atrractions. The rental itself is clean, spacious and has a very nice pool and gameroom. It has Wifi so the kids could play all their games on their ipad!!!! :) The kitchen is well equipped. I would surely rent this unit again, and will recommend to others as well. The owners were very nice and always responded to my mails, while we were making the reservation. Thanks a lot Tim and Helen, we enjoyed your rental unit.
June 2011 We really enjoyed staying at this house. With 8 people ranging from 7 months to 75, this was an ideal setting for us. Plenty of room to spread out and give everyone some space. The alarm on the sliding glass door leading to the pool was much appreciated since we have an active 3 year old grandson. We enjoyed being able to fix 2 meals a day at the house, thus saving a lot of money in the parks. It took us about 15 minutes to get to Disney each day. Publix is close by, but WalMart is a long ways away. Bath towels are provided, but wash cloths and beach towels are not. We'd recommend this place to others and may return again ourselves next year.

Review Submitted: May 26, 2010 Date of Stay: May 2010 This is a great place and the location is just minutes away from the Disney attractions. There is even grocery store just down the road. The swimming pool was wonderful after a long day at the Disney sites. We had three small children with us so the pool alarm was a very nice addition. The alarm goes off when a door to the pool is opened. The home was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We will rent this home again and recommend it to all our friends.

Review Submitted: July 21, 2010 Date of Stay: June 2010 The house was very clean and we loved the privacy. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the ping pong. Nobody wanted to leave when it was time to go. Distance to restaurants and attractions was fine for us. Close but not too close. We don't like being in the middle of all the crowds all the time. It was great to get away from it all at the end of the day. We would definately recommend this property to others.

We stayed in this home for 8 nights in end August / first week of September. We all had a wonderful time. It was perfect for our needs as kid’s rooms and master bedroom was upstairs and 2nd bedroom was at the main level for my in-laws.
The home was very clean and well equipped with all the necessities. The swimming pool and game room was great. In fact we changed our plans and decided to spend one day at home to enjoy the game room, pool and downtown disney( 10 min). We are so glad we did that. For us - WiFi was a great help and Xbox was add on.
It is worth mentioning - All the attractions were minutes away. We also loved having the shopping center and nice dining close by. We hope very much to come back to the Villa in the future and also recommend to other families.
Thanks Tim and Helen for offering this property for vacation rental. Overall it was a great stay for us at a fair deal.

The property was certainly as described and I would recommend this villa to anyone that is considering an Orlando holiday. The property was very clean and all amenities worked. The location was perfect for us in everyway, we were able to get to all and any of the parks we wanted to go to quickly and without any real effort.
