About the home

The best location in the Disney area.Our home is in The Abbey at West Haven. It is a very peaceful environment away from main roads with its own lake. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms a modern kitchen, lovely pool and poolside deck. a covered lanai for outside dining, a large open plan living space is very clean and well cared for by our agents who are very local and offer a very professional and discreet service.Champions gate is just two minutes drive away where you will find a Publix supermarket, pharmacy, post office, 5 restaurants including a very good Chinese restaurant and Pizza and Pasta restaurant. Two service stations and shops. Our exclusive community centre is only a 5 minute walk from the villa with sports and a fitness centre and a swimming pool. This is also where you join the main interstate highway 4 to get you to the parks and attractions. Disney World 6 minutes, Seaworld 20 minutes, Universal 30 minutes, beach 50 minutes, Downtown Orlando 40 minutes, highway192 and Kissimee 15 minutes. 2 miles the other way is us 27 which has more shops and restaurants and places to visit.At champions gate there is one of the top golf courses in the area designed by Greg Norman and if you like spot of fishing there are lakes and ponds locally that may be fished. Also the property is managed by a local company who are always on hand to help you find your feet. You may also use a free internet and e mail service which is provided at their office at Champions Gates

.Our home has a large open plan living area incorporating a fully equipped modern kitchen, large dining area with dining suite and 8 seats and a huge lounge area where you can relax in comfort after a hard day at one of the many attractions central Florida has to offer the lounge area has a large screen TV with cable, DVD player and stereo system. There is also a brand new games room with pool, table tennis, darts, air hockey and table football for the whole family to enjoy. The living area continues outdoors with a dining area, large pool deck with sun chairs and an over sized pool 14ft by 28ft which can be heated if required all enclosed in a large pool screen, outside the pool screen is a garden area which is ideal for sunbathing and games. All patio doors have alarms for your children's safety. The home has 2 Kingsize master bedrooms with full en suite and 2 large twin rooms all with fitted wardrobes, cable TV and hairdryers. There is off road parking for two cars.

The Villa has good access for wheelchairs, free local phone calls, free Wireless Broadband,The Villa is close to the main highways i4 and us 27 making the whole of florida accesible.

Angling is the biggest participant sport in Florida and there are streams, lakes and rivers begging to be fished. You also have the Gulf of Mexico about 90 minutes west or the Atlantic Coast 50 minutes east. There are numerous local guide services and charters available which i will be happy to help you with if you need it.

Welcome to our home in central Florida which we purchased in 2003 because after many fabulous holidays to the area we decided that it would be a great place to buy so that we could spend more time here, unfortunately we have to work hard as well so only get a few weeks each year to spend in Florida so the rest of the year we rent it out to other families for thier holiday's.We genuinely believe that our home is among the best rental homes in the area having stayed in a few ourselves, some nice & some not as nice. The area is very peaceful with lots of open countryside but within easy reach (2 miles) of the main highway which gives you access to a whole world of fun and activities. Please take your time considering when you go and where you stay as it may make or break your holiday as its not cheap & you only get a few weeks holiday a year to make the most of it. Golf Information Golfers paradise we have over 50 championship courses within one hours drive of our home with the closest being at Champions Gate 2 minutes away. Here you will find 2 championship courses designed by Greg Norman. Also located here is the David Leadbetter Dream Academy. Our managing agents will be able to help you with your golf arrangements and they have also put together some golfing packages which may be of interest to you. At certain times of year we are able to accommodate up to 22 people in two homes next door to each other or up to 10 in our home at The Abbey.

Our managing agents will be able to help you with your golf arrangements.Also at Champions Gate are shops and restaurants including a publix supermarket, post office, liquor store, great Chinese restaurant, Subway, McDonalds and an Italian Restaurant as well as a gas Station. Tennis courts are available to use at the manor a 5 minute walk and Disney is only 10 minutes drive At certain times of year we are able to accommodate up to 22 people in two homes next door to each other or up to 10 in our home at The Abbey.

Try BA or Virgin for your flights.Use netflights.com to rent a car with Dollar with pick up at Orlando International.
The villa is easy to find and only 20 -25 minutes drive from the airport.

When you leave the Airport move to the right lane and follow the signs to the south exit for the 417, this will be in red, overhead. You will filter onto a motorway this is the main highway to and from the Airport, keep in the right lane, after a few miles turn right onto the Hwy 417, keep a watch out for the sign post 417 south it can be easy to miss (this is a toll road so please have some change), take the 417 south to the end, and join the I4 go west and take the exit 58 just past Didney world at exit 62.
After coming off the I4 bear right onto Champions Gate Blvd and through the gates, you will pass Publix on your right, go over the traffic lights to the end of the road, at the T junction turn right onto the state road 54, follow this road for about 1 mile and take your first left into West haven go straight to the roundabout and turn left where you will find the Entrance to “The Abbey”.
