Following a hectic day at the beach or many attractions orlando has to offer relax in the villa with all the home comforts you would find in a modern home, have a swim in the secluded oversize pool which can be heated if required ,a bbq can be organised by the management company, there are numerous shops & supermarkets within a short distance and if eating out is what you prefer there are restaurants to suit all taste buds within easy reach of the villa & if you have any spare time the garage has been converted into a games room with full size pool table,darts board & table tennis, in the living room there is a 50inch wall mounted plasma digital tv with numerous channels to suit every taste, a dvd player & also internet access ,in the formal lounge there is an oversize sofa whic h if required can be converted into a queen size bed.WiFi is also included with free international calls to USA,Canada & puerto RICO at no extra charge

Within easy reach of the villa there are plenty of golf courses with every golfer in mind ,a greg norman championship golf course at champions gate also plenty of others to suit every budget .
Fine dining establishments fast food restaurants and take away food outlets are all close by, with supermarkets and local shops within easy reach
