Welcome to Palm Manor, our beautifully furnished 4 bed/3 bath family owned villa, on the peaceful and premium gated community of The Manor at West Haven. Palm Manor is the ideal choice for families, couples or groups looking for a luxuriously furnished Villa in a convenient location just off the I4 only 10 minutes drive away from the gates of Walt Disney World and only 3 minutes drive from the world famous ChampionsGate Golf Course.
Our villa sleeps 8 people and offers 2 Master Bedroom Suites and a further 3rd Bedroom all with full-size king-size beds, as well as a superb bunk bed combo in the 4th Bedroom which is ideal for children. The Living area and both Master Bedrooms all open directly on to the wonderful heated* 30ft Pool and Spa which can be illuminated in the evening. An extended Sun Deck with direct access to bathroom facilities and a large covered lanai with fan, ideal for outside dining completes the all-important outside entertainment area.
Palm Manor has been designed with your comfort in mind to provide a welcome retreat from all the attractions that Orlando has to offer. The Florida / Orlando Disney Area region
Palm Manor Villa is ideally located for visitors to discover the many attractions that are to be found within this region of Florida. The closest is Walt Disney World, a mere 8 miles away which boasts numerous attractions within its extensive grounds including the Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios and two water parks.
Theme park fans will also discover that the Universal Orlando Resort is also nearby including the Islands of Adventures theme park with The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and Wet ‘n’ Wild water park. As is SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica which attract visitors with Polar Bears, Penguins and Dolphins as well as thrilling rides, water slides and the chance to swim with dolphins.
Just a short drive away is the Kennedy Space Center. Visitors here get the chance to tour NASA’s launch and landing facilities, experience interactive simulators, enjoy live shows and have jaw-dropping encounters with massive rockets.
Away from the theme parks, there are World class golf courses, variety of sports, country parks, spas, the Everglades , Winter Park, downtown Orlando and just over an hours drive away are beautiful beaches.
Orlando is a shopper’s paradise with all shopping needs being catered for from factory outlets offering designer brands at discount prices to large shopping malls and premium luxury brands. Downtown Disney offers family friendly entertainment and a variety of shops to explore including the largest Disney Character store in the world, the LEGO store, Ghirardelli Chocolates and the Harley Davidson store to name just a view.

The Champions Gate / West Haven area
The Manor at West Haven is ideally situated just 8 miles of Disneyworld. Being located just three minutes from the main East West corridor I4, Palm Manor Villa could not be better located to allow you easy access to the theme parks, shopping, restaurants and all the attractions Orlando has to offer. Not forgetting ChampionsGate Golf Resort which is just a few minutes away featuring a fantastic golf club and clubhouse and two Greg Norman designed 18 hole championship golf courses.
Also at ChampionsGate you can find the David Ledbetter Golfing Academy World Headquarters. Here you will also find all the essentials on your doorstep including a Publix supermarket, Walgreens Pharmacy, AMSouth Bank, 7-Eleven, Gas Station and restaurants.
If you go along US Highway 27 for a few miles and you will also have access onto the 192, which is packed full of restaurants and it is also where Old Town Kissimmee is situated.

Super villa, very clean & well cared for with lovely large pool area. Great location for theme parks, restaurants, Publix, malls. All you need for a perfect Florida vacation. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Palm Manor Villa was very comfortable with lovely well furnished rooms and large bathrooms and was very well equipped with everything you could need. The pool and jaccuzzi were lovely and warm with lovely pool terrace area. Also had an air conditioned games room converted garage which is accessible from internal door with big settees and pool table. Very easy to book this villa from very friendly owners. We felt very safe with the fact that this villa is in a quiet gated community and the villa had an alarm. It was also very close to all attractions with Disney approx 20 mins, Universal approx 25/30 mins and in the other direction Legoland about 35mins and Busch gardens approx 50 mins. So very central with Publix supermarket closeby at Champions Gate and a Walmart nearby. Great restaurants nearby too and would recommend Applebees and Denny's. So I would thoroughly recommend this villa - very roomy and comfortable A++++

This property was everything that was expected. The pictures paint a clear picture of how great this rental is. We were traveling with our three children aged 3-8. They loved the pool and hot tub and the proximity to Disney and Seaworld worked well. The gated community was quite allowed for relaxation while feeling secure. Close buy were fast food locations and a Publix store and we were not far from a multitude of restaurants.
Prior to departure the property owners were excellent, offering prompt replies to questions while being genuinely interested in ensuring that our family was prepared for a wonderful stay. Thank you very much!

Weekly rates are fully inclusive of all taxes, utilities, towels and departure cleaning fee.
Stays of 5 nights or less will incur a departure cleaning charge of $80.
Pool/Spa heat is optional and recommended from October to April. Pool heat is charged as an additional £85/$140 per week (pool & spa).
A Non-refundable deposit of £150/$250 per week or 25% is required along with a completed booking form to confirm your reservation. The balance is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
A refundable security deposit of £150/$250 is also required to be received no later than 3 weeks prior to departure.
Credit Card payments will incur the following additional charges:
