THIS BEAUTIFUL SPACIOUS HOME benefits from full hot and cold air conditioning. Free Wireless Internet. The  large living area has 2 sofas, flat screen TV, DVD player and CD player. There is a formal dining area and a breakfast nook and the kitchen has every convenience, including a large Fridge with ice-maker.  The beautiful living area has sliding glass patio doors leading to a PRIVATE, FULLY SCREENED POOL with deck area on a larger than usual garden plot. We have sun loungers and a table & chairs with sun Umbrella, for those who can't sit in the sun!The 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms all have cable TV and the master suite  has a DVD/Video player. There is also a Play Station in one of the twin bedrooms. There is a games area with electronic darts and table tennis.   The villa is ideal for golf enthusiasts as several superb golf courses are within 3-10 minutes drive, including the Greg Norman course at Champions Gate and the courses at Reunion designed by Tom Watson.  For children and kids at heart, all the Disney  parks are just 10 minutes drive away. I am sure you will enjoy staying in our lovely villa, it is in a beautiful peaceful location but idealy located for all the main attractions, our children love it and never want to holiday anywhere else.

The Florida / Orlando Disney Area

The Florida climate is beautiful all year, with temperatures climbing to 90f or more during the summer (June, July and August). For a slighlty cooler, less humid holiday choose October through to May. The theme parks are less busy during this time except for Christmas and Easter.

There are several places of interest in Florida, including The fantastic Kennedy Space Centre which is only about 40 minutes from our villa, and down in the south, the Everglades National Park.

Champions Gate area

Bridgewater Crossing is set in a gated conservation Lake community with a very large lake and several smaller lakes and ponds. It is a pretty and peaceful community with communal facilites including a large swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court and a picnic/barbecue area overlooking the large lake. All these facilities are within 2 minutes walk of our villa and are available for our guests to use.

Disney Worlds 4 parks - Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios & Epcot Centre are all firm favourites and are between 10-15 minutes drive from the villa. Universal studios, Sea World and several water parks 15-20 minutes drive. For golfers, there are fantastic courses, including the world class Championsgate designed by Greg Norman & the prestigious Reunion with courses designed by Tom Watson, within 3 minutes drive from our house. There are also several more courses within 6 to 10 miles.

Cocoa Beach and the Gulf coast are both about 50 minutes drive and well worth a visit, as are the numerous shopping outlets which are between 10-20 minutes drive away. There are several beautiful national parks which include large lakes, some of which you can go on an air boat to see the alligators.

There are several really good restaurants nearby and nightlife at downtown Kissimmee and Orlando is great. The community of Celebration is only 10 minutes drive where there are at least 6 fantastic restaurants located round market square, facing a lovely lake and this is a favourite place to eat.

How to get there

Fly to Orlando International Airport Property 25 minutes drive, or Sanford International Airport, property 40mins drive. Contact Cheapest flights or Airline Network for very good deals on flights to Orlando or Travel City Direct to Sanford. Airline Network is about the best for car hire.

Collect car from care hire company! From either airport take 417 (Greenway) Toll road south toward Tampa. Continue to exit 1 and go onto Interstate 4 West, signposted Tampa. You will pass a large Mickey Mouse shaped electricity pylon on your right. Pull off at next but one exit (58) signposted Kisseemee. At the end of the slip road turn right past 2 sets of traffic lights and the Omni Hotel. At the end of the road turn left, continue for about half mile Bridgewater Crossing is on your left hand side, right opposite Sundridge Woods Community.

All bedrooms have cable TV which is great for the children and the furniture and television in the living area have recently been updated.  We have also installed Wireless Internet. This is our private holiday home and we therefore take great care in maintaining it to an extremely high standard.   The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, a fantastic en-suite bathroom with extra large walk in shower and bath. We have a travel cot and a highchair if you need one. The Kitchen is very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need for your holiday, even a blender for you to make those cooling Margaritas! The garage has been converted to a games room with table tennis and an electronic darts board.

Further details outdoors:
The Private pool is a great hit with both adults an children alike. We have sun loungers,a patio dining set with umbrella and a barbecue for al fresco dining. Behind the pool is a private garden area giving extra space for outdoor play.  The villa is just a few yards from a large lake where there is wild life in abundance. Fishing is allowed on the lakes but children should be accompanied by an adult. You can see the lake from the pool and it is a very peaceful and quiet setting.  We are often visited in the early mornings by the large red-billed cranes, who like to take bread from your hand.

Further details

Heating of the pool is not normally needed for most of the year, but is optional and available at an additional charge of £100 per week or £20 per day.Our representatives at our Management Company are based just 2 minutes walk away and are very helpful if you need anything or want directions anywhere.  If you decide once you arrive that you would like the pool heated, they will arrange it for you and you can pay them direct. They also leave a welcome book in the villa giving their telephone number and all sorts of useful information

Conditions

A £150.00 security deposit is required to be paid with final balance payment 8 weeks prior to departure, to be refunded within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday (subject to satisfactory inspection of the property).Only persons named on the booking form are permitted to stay in the house.The villa is strictly non-smoking and therefore it is not permitted inside the house.

The house was home from home & every day we thanked our lucky stars we were here & not at a hotel, it was great to be able to cook decent food occasionally! The pool was the highlight for the kids. Fishing was terrific, we bought rods and fished the lake every day - the kids (girls) loved it."  The Marrons (Ireland).  We all had a fantastic time. The villa is just perfect & it made the holiday.
