Lake Thomas Villa nestles at the foot of Lake Thomas, a beautiful warm spring’s natural lake, and is ideally located in a cul-de-sac consisting of just four homes. It is a luxuriously furnished executive 3 bed, 2.5 bath home, with private screened south facing pool overlooking the lake, and a games room with full size pool table, table tennis, and foosball.
It has a huge garden, with 450ft. lake frontage providing spectacular views of the lake and conservation area to the right. Relax and enjoy watching the exotic resident wildlife from the comfort of the villa or the screened private pool overlooking the Lake. Our guests are welcome to fish or view the lake from the villa's own private deck. We are sure you and your family will enjoy the unique vacation experience our much-loved family home has to offer.

For those days when you decide to take a break from the theme parks or shopping, this wonderful home sits in extensive gardens and has 450ft of breathtaking lake frontage for you to enjoy. A private deck overlooking the lake is provided for your personal use by day, and from here you can experience the unique and exotic resident wildlife around the lake. During the evenings you can listen to the sounds of the lake from the comfort of the screened pool deck, whilst you watch the sunset as you sip your wine and share a family BBQ. Later you can marvel as the moonlight bathes the lake with its sparkling magic.
By day kids can splash and play in the villa's private screened south facing pool, whilst Mum and Dad rest on the comfortable padded pool furniture and enjoy the serenity of the lake and conservation views. Poolside plates, glasses and cutlery are provided for your convenience.
Don't forget the games room when you need a change: challenge each other to a calming game of pool, or an action packed table tennis or foosball match.

All bookings are subject to our booking Terms and Conditions which you will be provided with prior to completing your booking. These are also available on request.
A £100 or US $150 per week booked, deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
A refundable security deposit of £150 or US $250 is payable with the final balance.

I have heard it said that there is a magic which casts its spell on you when you visit Florida, drawing you back time and time again, now we want to share this magic with you. Regarded as the land of endless summer, the 'Sunshine State', with its wonderful climate and sunsets, the steamy Everglades, beautiful white sandy beaches with clear blue waters, and of course the thrilling theme parks and fantastic retail shopping , there is something to fulfil the dreams of each and every visitor.
A short journey of 10 – 15 minutes from our home will take you to Orlando’s theme parks including Disney World and Discovery Cove, Universal Studios and the new Harry Potter ride, Sea World, and Wet and Wild. Old Lake Wilson Road is also close by giving you direct access to the ‘192’ and Kissimmee’s intriguing Old Town. Why not try an exciting day at Kennedy Space Centre? Beach lovers are spoilt for choice, and can make the most of the sunshine at Daytona, Cocoa, or Clearwater Beaches to name but a few.
For all those shopaholics amongst you The Florida Mall, The Mall at Millenia, Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlets Stores, Festival Bay Mall, or Orlando Premium Outlets, provide the opportunity for even the most discerning shopper to find something to buy.
If nature inspires you then the vibrant colours, wonderful climate, and hot steamy atmosphere that only Florida can provide, will capture your heart. The unique flora and fauna, and magnificent exotic wildlife will fascinate you and fulfill your senses. There are many breathtaking State Parks to visit, for example, Honeymoon Island, Lake Louisa, or Blue Springs State Park where you can marvel at the Manatees in the spring.
The Champions Gate / Robbins Rest area
Champions Gate and Robbins Rest is a wonderful area for your Central Florida vacation, relaxed and peaceful but only a short drive from all the excitement Orlando has to offer.
Lake Thomas Villa is conveniently situated within 5 minutes drive of the I-4 Champions Gate Exit 58, which provides speedy access within 10 minutes to Orlando's theme parks, shopping experiences, evening entertainment, and golf courses.
Old Lake Wilson Road is also nearby, providing direct access to the 192, whilst Kennedy Space Centre, Busch Gardens, and the coast are about an hour's drive away.
Supermarkets, cash dispensers, gas stations, fast food outlets, restaurants (providing home delivery), and golf courses, are available at the Champions Gate Complex just 5 minutes drive from the villa.

There are many flight options from the UK including Virgin, British Airways, Thomson, Monarch, and Thomas Cook, as well as other international airlines including those from the USA. Orlando International (MCO) and Sanford Airports are the local Orlando airports.
There are a number of car hire companies conveniently on site at both Airports including Dollar, Alamo, and Hetz to name a few. A hire car is the most convenient, comfortable, and best value form of transport to use during your vacation in the Orlando area. We suggest you book your hire car in advance from home, as it pays to shop around in order to secure the best deal. Taxis and public transport are available but can be pricey and less convenient.
Full directions to the villa will be provided, with a journey of approximately 30 minutes from Orlando International (MCO), and 45 minutes from Sanford Airport, both via Interstate 4 to Champions Gate (Exit 58).

Wonderful location with a perfect view of Lake Thomas. We saw the resident alligator, armadillos, vultures, buzzards and an eagle. The pool area was a perfect area to relax in either during the day or for chilling in the evening. The games area in the garage was well-equipped and included a pool table, table tennis and bar football. The washing machine and tumble drier were industrial strength - why can't we have these in the UK? Wi-fi was terrific - such a bonus to be able to keep in touch with home at no additional cost. Information provided by the owners was comprehensive, clear and very helpful. We took advantage of this information and visited some of the areas suggested and concurred with their recommendation. Our security deposit was returned with one day of our return to the UK which was very impressive. Response: Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay at the villa. I am so pleased you enjoyed the visit from our resident wildlife, especially the eagle which has nested in the conservation area to the right of our home. I know exactly what you mean about our washing machine and drier - I would like to have these at home in the UK too! I am also glad the wi-fi was useful and that the day trips were a success. The villa was all that we expected, due to the very good photo's on the web page. The location was excellent, only 10min on the I4 and we where at Disney Main Gate. Also a supermarket and takeaway very close by. Fantastic view of the lake and wildlife. Response: Thank you for taking the trouble to write a review and for sharing your vacation experience. Hi Janet,
Just to let you know we love the villa. We were very lucky with the Alligators who made a number of appearances and star on our video recorder. Fiona and I both agreed that the wildlife helped make the holiday. We also had the black vulture circle the lawn and the American falcon was regularly in the garden. Your house is lovely and looks just like the pictures. My wife definitely wants a dryer like the one in the villa, isn't everything big out there, from cars, to meals to people. If anyone asks I will of course recommend you. I also do small articles for Trip Advisor and if anyone asks about villas I will point them to you. Although I would hate to find I cannot get another date for myself.
