This is a luxury 2-bedroom apartment designed to comfortably accommodate four to six guests. The fine polished hardwood floors and simple decor, along with the high ceilings and exposed pine beams, offer an elegance that harmoniously weds the modern and the traditional.
The open plan living room has as its focal point a cosy log fire-place in the large lounge area. Wide glass doors lead from this sitting area onto a spacious verandah with a superb view of the lake surrounded by the magnificent peaks of the Combins range. Television, DVD and I-player are available for your entertainment on those occasional stay-at-home evenings, and central heating ensures your comfort at whatever the temperature outside.
The dining area also provides fine views of the lake, the mountains and the village. Seating six people, the dining table is conveniently situated next to the kitchen. Second helping? No problem!
The modern, well-appointed kitchen is equipped with everything needed to make your stay comfortable: easy-clean cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle and an entire range of kitchen utensils, crockery and flatware.
The apartment offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms—an ensuite bathroom with jaccuzzi in the large master bedroom, and a shower room with toilet next to the second bedroom with two comfortable single beds. Linen and towels are provided.
Both bedrooms have capacious wardrobes, and built-in cupboards in the hallway offer plenty of additional storage space. Bulky items like skis, snow boards, boots and bicycles can be stored in the apartment’s private cave and storage area in the basement of the building.
Also in the basement area of the building you are provided with a designated parking space, ensuring the security of your vehicle. For the convenience of residents and guests, there is also a large laundry area with washing machines and spin-dryers.
Wheel-chair access is provided, and all floors can be accessed by both stairs and elevators.

Champex-Lac is a tranquil village sitting at about 1500m high up in the Swiss mountains in the French speaking Canton of Valais, with easy access to the French and Italian Alps. The canton of Valais is home to some of the finest wines in Switzerland and is also known for its fine cuisine.
The village has a beautiful lake and is surrounded by woods and mountain of "La Breya" providing a serene retreat just 25 minutes away from the historic town of Martigny with its the world famous Pierre Gianadda Foundation and Roman amphitheatre providing a perfect holiday destination all year round.

There are excellent skiing opportunities for all levelsranging from beginners to families and expert skiiers drwan by the challenges of offpiste and tree skiing. The ski slopes are served by 4 lifts and covers 25km of varied terrain with excellent good quality snow cover drawing skiiers from nearby resorts including Verbier, Port du Soleil and the Chamonix to its uncrowded slopes.

Champex -Lac resort is serviced by excellent rail and road links, open all year (Champex-Lac, 1500m above sea level). The resort is ideally situated in the heart of Swiss Alps, 30 minutes from Verbier.
It’s so easy to get to Champex! There are excellent road and rail links to Champex-Lac throughout the year.
By air
Geneva airport is 150km away. Flight time from any of London’s four airports is approximately 1 hour 40 minutes. Direct flights are also available from Belfast, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Doncaster, Dublin, Edinburgh, East Midlands, Exeter, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Liverpool, Manchester Newcastle, Norwich and Southampton.

By rail
The train brings you to Martigny--just 18 km from Champex village. Trains leave Geneva every 30 minutes , and the journey takes approximately 1 hr 50mins. At Martigny, change for Orsieres, and from there take the bus direct to Champex-Lac village.
By car and ferry
Calais 850km Visitors choosing to drive from the UK, across France and into Switzerland should allow approximately 8 hours for the journey from Calais to Champex.
