This garden apartment (50m2) sleeps up to 6 people with two bedrooms- one double with en suite shower and one twin room with two single beds, plus a sofa bed in the lounge. With additional family bathroom with bath & shower attachment, separate toilet, fitted kitchen and living room with patio doors leading onto the terrace garden. The accommodation also benefits from private underground parking as well as ski lockers, Sky freeview, wifi internet access and Playstation.
The apartment offers the perfect location for exploring all of the Chamonix valley, just a 2 minute drive to the centre of Les Houches village, with local ski areas, restaurants and bars or Chamonix centre (just 3km away).

The apartment is available for both long and short lets, with flexible changeover dates.
Bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday, but we are flexible on your dates and also offer season letting. Just let us know your requirements and we will work out a price for you.
We are also happy to offer discounts on bookings of more than week.

French Alps are the perfect holiday destination for any season! You'll be surprised at the size of this alpine mountain town and the amount it has to offer you. Chamonix sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains all around.
The skiing in Chamonix has a reputation for steep unforgiving runs, and there is enough on-piste challenge to provide a work-out for even the most advanced skiers. There is also plenty of skiing for the intermediate skier, enormous off-piste potential and some of the best ski touring in the world.
Historic Chamonix is a cosmopolitan town full of life and incredible scenery. In addition to the Ski season for which it is famous, there are hundreds of shops, countless restaurants, bars, clubs and a casino. There is also the sports centre with indoor and outdoor pools, ice rink, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails and an 18 hole golf course. There's always plenty to do for the children too. Chamonix also has a the highest cable car in Europe to take you to the top of Mont Blanc and the Montenvers train to visit the Sea of Ice glacier and ice grotto. Plus cinema, Alpine Museum and a local market on Saturday morning - selling a wide range of local produce.

This was our second stay in these garden apartments. This A1 apartment was particularly good because of its location at the end, for privacy and more natural surroundings for the children to enjoy. The kitchen was well equipped with all necessary cookware for self catering and basic necessities were provided like washing powder for clothes and dish washer,washing up liquid, condiments, milk and tea and coffee. Needed information for the running of the apartment was well laid out in a folder as was information about Chamonix.Staff were very helpful and contactable. Cleaning products and equipment provided for this was excellent. The apartment was well furnished and comfortable. Location was quiet and scenic. Easily accessible by car, bus service was also easy to use. Would have been better with more storage for provisions in kitchen area. Extra duvet or blankets would also have been useful.
