The apartment is close to all amenities from restaurants, shops, tourist office, and lifts for Brevent and Europes highest cable car Aiguille du Midi for the famous valley blanche glacier run or to simply take in the incredible panoramic views, Mont Blanc and the glaciers. The apartment has been recently renovated to a high spec with a clever layout over 3 floors to sleep up to 6 people (35m sq + 9m sq Loi Carrez) .
Ground floor Entering into the lounge / kitchen with an open plan American style, modern kitchen with microwave/oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge/freezer and dining table with enough seating for 6 people. In addition there is a lounge area with comfy sofa which forms 2 single beds. Through glass patio doors the lounge leads out onto a balcony with views of Mont Blanc. This apartment also benefits from lots of natural light from the large skylight window.

The apartment is also located just across from the famous Aiguille du Midi cable car, which connects you to the famous Vallee Blanche run. Further details indoors: 1st Mezzanine Floor On this mezzanine floor there is 2nd lounge area with large, comfy, L shaped sofa which can also be made up to a king sized bed. This floor also has TV and DVD, wardrobe and a luxury bathroom with bath, shower, sink and w/c.
2nd Mezzanine Floor This additional open plan floor has been cleverly designed in the eaves to house one double bed and a single bed which also pulls out to form a double bed.
With the number of beds this apartment can comfortably sleep 6 people.

The apartment is available for both long and short lets, with flexible changover dates.
Bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday, but we are flexible on your dates and also offer season letting. Just let us know your requirements and we will work out a price for you.
We are also happy to offer discounts on bookings of more than week.
Conditions
30% is required as a deposit and the balance 8 weeks before you holiday. If you book late and the above is not possible full payment is then required. In addition we also require a £200 refundable damage deposit cheque (this needs to be a separate cheque as it is not cashed. We hold onto this and return it to you once the apartment has been checked for your departure). We will always confirm safe receipt of payment for you. Once you have booked we will also send you an information pack with car hire, directions to the apartment, lift maps, town maps, Chamonix brochure, recommended restaurants and bars. In addition we can also: - arrange Airport transfers from Geneva Airport. - offer ski hire discount. - offer discount on mountain bike hire too.
