This newly renovated Chamonix central apartment sleeps up to 6 people comfortably with 4 double beds - two double bedrooms, double sofa bed in the lounge and a double futon on the mezzanine area. Offered as self catered, the apartment is in a great central location for the Chamonix night-life with just a short stroll to the bars, restaurants and shops, and also skiing 10 minutes by foot to the new Brevent (PlanPraz) high speed cable car (new for 2008/9). It is set over two floors with a mezzanine area and also benefits from a balcony with stunning mountain views.

Chamonix sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains all around.
The skiing in Chamonix has a reputation for steep unforgiving runs, and there is enough on-piste challenge to provide a work-out for even the most advanced skiers. There is also plenty of skiing for the intermediate skier, enormous off-piste potential and some of the best ski touring in the world.

Apartment Les Pecles is ideally situated just a couple of minutes walk from the main town centre and a 10 minute walk to the nearest ski lift; Brevent.
Historic Chamonix is a cosmopolitan town full of life and incredible scenery. In addition to the Ski season for which it is famous, there are hundreds of shops, countless restaurants, bars, clubs and a casino. There is also the sports centre with indoor and outdoor pools, ice rink, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails and an 18 hole golf course. There's always plenty to do for the children too. Chamonix also has a the highest cable car in Europe to take you to the top of Mont Blanc and the Montenvers train to visit the Sea of Ice glacier and ice grotto. Plus cinema, Alpine Museum and a local market on Saturday morning - selling a wide range of local produce.

The apartment is available for both long and short lets, with flexible changeover dates.
Bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday, but we are flexible on your dates and also offer season letting. Just let us know your requirements and we will work out a price for you.
We are also happy to offer discounts on bookings of more than week.
Conditions
30% is required as a deposit and the balance 8 weeks before you holiday. If you book late and the above is not possible full payment is then required. In addition we also require a £200 refundable damage deposit cheque (this needs to be a separate cheque as it is not cashed. We hold onto this and return it to you once the apartment has been checked for your departure). We will always confirm safe receipt of payment for you. Once you have booked we will also send you an information pack with car hire, directions to the apartment, lift maps, town maps, Chamonix brochure, recommended restaurants and bars. In addition we can also: - arrange Airport transfers from Geneva Airport. - offer ski hire discount. - offer discount on mountain bike hire too.
