Chalet based on a mountain hut built around 1850 and extended to provide comfortable and flexible holiday accommodation. In an outstanding location at the top of a short hill on the outskirts of Les Houches and less than 5 mins drive from Chamonix town centre.
Ground floor - Kitchen/ diner/ sitting room with large wood burner - very cosy. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher/ washing machine and fantastic views! Twin Bedded room, Twin bunk bedded room (full size). Bathroom/WC with thermostatic shower. Separate WC.
First floor - Master bedroom (twin beds) with door to balcony and own washbasin. Shower room. Double bedroom. Interconnecting with twin bedroom. Play area or dining area - ( we have used this for the children to eat / play ).
Balcony and decking around 3 sides fo the chalet facing East/ South/West with amazing views in all directions. Outstanding peace and quiet as chalet is at the top of a 'no through road'. Surrounded by meadow, and close by to a small river.

WE HAVE NO CHALET CLEANING SERVICE - WE RELY ON THE GUESTS LEAVING IT CLEAN AND TIDY - WE HAVE BEEN RENTING IT THIS WAY FOR 17 YEARS - NEARLY EVERYBODY HAS MADE THIS WORK OK.
