Located close to Les Gaillands in the Chamonix Valley and approx. 15 minutes walk to the centre of Chamonix, this three bedroom apartment has an open fireplace and dining table to seat up to 8 people.
It consists of a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a bunk room, along with a large double sofa bed. The bathroom has bath and shower, with a separate WC. The kitchen is compact but well equipped, with a dishwasher; TV, DVD player and stereo music system are provided. Off the living room is a good sized balcony with table and chairs and a fabulous glacier view. There is outside parking.
Ideally situated for hiking, mountain biking, skiing and snowboarding, Les Deux Chalets has immediate access to all that the Alpine capital has on offer.

Situated in the Haute-Savoie region of France, Chamonix is bordered by Switzerland and Italy and dominated by the incredible Aiguilles de Chamonix mountain chain which peaks at the top of Mont Blanc (4810m) - the highest in Western Europe. The local population of Chamonix comprises a mix of mountain enthusiasts from all backgrounds and countries that are keen to experience all that is on offer. There are two distinct seasons here: summer and winter, but the area is busy for most of the year.
Chamonix / Les Gaillands area
Chamonix can be truly described as an outdoor enthusiast's paradise although anyone who visits here is instantly impressed by the location. The mountain scenery surpasses one's wildest expectations and the Mont-Blanc, jewel in the crown, thrones silently over the Chamonix valley.

Chamonix is the perfect place to come for a weekend break, a week's holiday, a season, or a lifetime, as you will never run out of things to do or tire of the views! Lunching in the square looking over at Mont Blanc is a great way to spend the afternoon!
Whilst the principal town is of the same name, 'Chamonix' is often used in reference to the whole valley, stretching over 28km from Le Fayet to Switzerland. It is, however, made up of several distinct and charming villages including Servoz, Les Houches, Les Bossons, Les Praz, Les Tines, Argentiere, Montroc, and at the top of the valley: Le Tour.
