The residence boasts panoramic views of the valley, has and indoor heated pool and all of our spacious, comfortable apartments, which are spread around a number of chalets, offer doorstep skiing access. Wi-Fi connection available throughout and we provide a hamper delivery service.

The Rhone / French Alps / Haute-Savoie region

The resort of Les Houches is spread over the bottom of the most open and sunniest kettle in the Chamonix valley. Skiing through forests, with exceptional panoramas over the Mont Blanc range, is a highly delightful and pleasurable experience. Furthermore, all activities linked with the mountain are possible at Les Houches: snowshoe hiking, climbing. Le Prarion (altitude 1,967 m) offers incredible panoramas over the Mont Blanc range (accessible by cable car).

The Chamonix / Les Houches area

All kinds of shops and facilities are located in the resort centre (between 2 and 3 km from the residence): banks, post office, doctor’s surgery, pharmacy, bars, and restaurants. Paying Cham'Bus shuttles run between the different sites of the resort.

Beyond skiing there are many things to do in the resort: natural ice rink, indoor bowling pitch, visit the St Bernard breeding kennels and goat farm, La compagnie des ânes (donkeys), local markets...

By Car

Paris (609 km) – Geneva (80 km) - Lyon (224 km) - Albertville (62 km).
From Paris: A6 motorway to Lyon, then towards Geneve/Milan. Then A40 in the direction of Chamonix. Take the 1st exit to Les Houches (6 km before Chamonix). In front of the Bellevue cable car, take the 1st right until you reach the Prarion gondola lift. At the roundabout, go round the roundabout completely, take the 3rd exit on the right, drive up the street under the gondola lift.
