Home description
This newly refurbished, self-catered apartment (56m² floor space) is situated on the top floor of this chalet with a large balcony looking out onto the village of Les Praz and sourrounding mountain scenery. It has a open plan living area centred around a large open log fire. The apartment has two bedrooms, one double and one with double bunk beds (bottom bed is a double, top one a single). There is also a double sofa bed. There is also a welcoming large log fireplace in the living area.
The Flegere lift is just across the road, as is the golf course, and locals bars & restaurants. The children's play park (Paradis les praz).
The apartment is the perfect spot to watch the sun go down after an amazing day in the mountains.

Chamonix is the perfect holiday destination for any season! You'll be surprised at the size of this alpine mountain town and the amount it has to offer you. Chamonix sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains all around.
The skiing in Chamonix has a reputation for steep unforgiving runs, and there is enough on-piste challenge to provide a work-out for even the most advanced skiers. There is also plenty of skiing for the intermediate skier, enormous off-piste potential and some of the best ski touring in the world.
Historic Chamonix is a cosmopolitan town full of life and incredible scenery. In addition to the Ski season for which it is famous, there are hundreds of shops, countless restaurants, bars, clubs and a casino. There is also the sports centre with indoor and outdoor pools, ice rink, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails and an 18 hole golf course. There's always plenty to do for the children too. Chamonix also has a the highest cable car in Europe to take you to the top of Mont Blanc and the Montenvers train to visit the Sea of Ice glacier and ice grotto. Plus cinema, Alpine Museum and a local market on Saturday morning - selling a wide range of local produce.
With a huge range of on and off mountain activities, there is something for everyone throughout the year. Chamonix is a place you'll want to come back to time and time again!
Chamonix / Les Praz area
Situated in the heart of Les Praz, overlooking a picturesque church, the apartment is the perfect location for access to Flegere Telepherique and with the connecting cable car; Brevent. The nearest bus stop is 20m away.
The Rhododendron bar and restaurant is opposite , and the Eden bar & restaurant is a couple of doors away; arguably one of Chamonix's best restaurants.
We are walking distance to the Golf course and are happy to arrange tee off times and also walking distant to the children's adventure playground too.
How to get there
Book a private or shared door to door transfer with us. We have carefully selected two partners to take you from Geneva to your chosen accommodation in Chamonix.
We can include the transfers costs (in sterling) in with the price of your accommodation and book on your behalf. To do this, please advise us of your dates, flight number and arrival / departure times, contact mobile number and the number of people in your party and we will organise this for you. Please also let us know if you are travelling with Skis or snowboards or require child seats.
Transcham:
Transcham offers a private door to door service in a comfortable people carrier. Youi will be met at the arrivals gate at Geneva Airport, and driven directly to your accommodation. If your flight is delayed they will wait for you at no extra charge when you call / text to advise of your new arrival time.
For the return journey you will be collected from your accommodation or agreed location in the Chamonix Valley. Please remember to allow 90 minutes for the journey and time to check-in for your flight.

The apartment is available for both long and short lets, with flexible changover dates.
Bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday, but we are flexible on your dates and also offer season letting. Just let us know your requirements and we will work out a price for you.
We are also happy to offer discounts on bookings of more than week.
Pets allowed with prior arrangement
£400 low season, £800 high season (except Christmas holidays)
Conditions
30% is required as a deposit and the balance 8 weeks before you holiday. If you book late and the above is not possible full payment is then required. In addition we also require a £200 refundable damage deposit cheque (this needs to be a separate cheque as it is not cashed. We hold onto this and return it to you once the apartment has been checked for your departure). We will always confirm safe receipt of payment for you. Once you have booked we will also send you an information pack with car hire, directions to the apartment, lift maps, town maps, Chamonix brochure, recommended restaurants and bars. In addition we can also: - arrange Airport transfers from Geneva Airport. - Buy and deliver ski passes ready for your arrival - offer ski hire discount. - offer discount on mountain bike hire too.

Guestbook for Apartment Flegere et Golf
Just back home and missing Chamonix already. We all had an amazing time - the apartment was perfect for us and the children loved the adventure park, so much so we had to go nearly everyday! We'd love to come back in the winter time for skiing. Can you help us organise this as we have never skied before.
