The apartment is located in the traditional alpine town of Les Houches, with amazing views of Mont Blanc Massif and its glaciers this is truly a stunning location all year round. The centre of Les Houches is a 10 minute walk away with a pretty church and market every monday morning. It also hosts a wide range of supermarkets, boulangeries, bars and restaurants.
The apartment is located 400 metres from the Bellevue ski lift and 200 metres from the Prarion ski lift. Great also for mountain biking, rock climbing, white water rafting, kayaking, paragliding and walking in summer. There is a lake next to the Prarion lift with children's play area a tree top adventure course and public tennis courts.

Les Houches is in the Savoie region of France bordering Italy. Just one hour away from Geneva, Switzerland. Most famous for Mont Blanc, great for skiing, paragliding and walking. Chamonix is 7km away, Argentiere 11km away, Courmayeur (Italy) 20km away.

For dogs lovers and children visit the St Bernards Dogs Kennel or try dog sleighing with Husky dogs. There is also an adventure park for children 5 minutes walk away. For adults there are plently of rock faces for climbing, plently of beautiful trails for walking or cycling. And lets not forget the vast ski area. Lots to do in Winter and Summer. The Cable car to the top of Mont Blanc is a must do.
The local golf course is in Chamonix with an 18-hole course set amongst magnificent surroundings. Les Houches also hosts the World Cup Down Hill Slalom.
How to get there
One hours drive from geneva airport which is well served with BA, Swiss and Easyjet airlines. A coach service is available to Chamonix from Geneva airport. A 7-8 hours drive from calais. there are local buses that provide transport throughout the Chamonix valley . Geneva airport is served by all the mayor car hire companies.

Conditions
Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday although short breaks are available at selected times. Arrival after 3pm and departure by 10.30am.
To secure a booking a deposit of £200 (winter) and £150 (summer). Final balance is paid 8 weeks before travel.
Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
