Home description

The chalet 'Les Emborzales' is situated in the quiet mountain village of Les Houches - just 5 km from Chamonix with excellent views of Mont Blanc mountain range. The wooded ski slopes of Les Houches provide an excellent setting for both beginners and experienced skiers alike, with nusery slopes within walking distance of the chalet. The garden has swings, slide and climbing frame garden furniture and barbeque, ample parking.

The chalet 5 minutes walk from the ski bus (access to all ski areas of the Chamonix valley), and from the shops, bars, restaurants and local amenities of Les Houches.






The Rhone / French Alps / Haute-Savoie region

The French alps are tremendous mountains with deep river valleys and lakes providing outstanding scenery. It is home to Europes highest mountain Mont Blanc, reaching a height of 4810 metres above sea level. Although this mountain is inhospitable even in summer season there are many other valleys and mountains that are delightful walking.

The climate is varied and winters can be severe although temperatures vary depending on the height you are standing at so go prepared!

Low cost airlines serving the Geneva Airport are bmibaby.com, easyJet and VirginExpress.

We offer transfers from Geneva airport in our resort 9 seat mini bus (8 passengers) and transport to all resorts in Chamonix valley.
