Privately owned spacious and luxurious apartment on the second floor of an architect designed traditional chalet built by MGM in 1997. Beautiful old wood interior throughout with designer furnishings. Recently awarded a 3 star rating by the Chamonix Tourist Board.
Private terrace 6m by 4m with spectacular views of Mont Blanc and the Brevent. 2 minutes walk from the Aiguille du Midi telecabine which takes you directly to the world famous Vallée Blanche.
Gorgeous double bedroom with 4m by 2m terrace and great mountain views, brand new ensuite shower and toilet. Lounge 5m by 4m with windows floor to ceiling opening out onto the main terrace, big flatscreen tv/dvd, lovely open fire, new and comfortable sofas. Well equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Large old wood tables seating 6-8 both in the lounge and on the main terrace.
Two further large twin bedrooms with super mountain views on the second floor, flatscreen tv, brand new main bathroom.
Picturesque and peaceful setting but only 2 minutes walk from the centre of Chamonix, ski bus, station, shops, restaurants, bars, casino.
Private underground parking place included, ski lockers, Miele washing machine and dryer, garden.

The apartment has its own secure parking space in the underground garage. There are 2 lockers in the cellar for skis and poles.
The main bedroom has a double bed and en suite shower; it also has its own terrace with views of the mountains.
The lounge has windows floor to ceiling, a large flat screen TV and DVD with a very large number of films. An open, well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. In addition the apartment has a Miele washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the second floor two twin bedrooms, the main bathroom with shower and wc, there is a new (2011) flat screen tv and x-box for the kids with some x box games.

The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival and fresh linen provided, that includes towells.
There are 2 ski lockers available for guests in the cellar area of the main building.

The apartment is ideal for a family, or mixed group.
The rental rates are based on a couple sharing. For larger groups please indicate your party size and its constitution, we will quote you the rate for your group.
No smoking.
A 20%deposit is reuired to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
All rentals are Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise arranged.

The Rhone / French Alps / Haute-Savoie region
This part of the Alpes is known for the beauty of the scenery and the many activities available. During the winter months there is every outdoor activity possible, skiing, snowboarding, climbing,etc but it is equally remarkable during the summer months when the Chamonix valley takes on a wholly different perspective.
The Chamonix / Chamonix Town Centre area
A world renowned ski resort with a huge area of pisted terrain to test the best but with more than enough for the beginner and the intermediate.
For the brave try the Vallee Blanche (within 5mins walk) and the top of the Grandes Montets.
The Mont Blanc tunnel allows access to the Italien resort of Courmeyeur which is well worth the trip.
