This modern alpine apartment with South facing balcony, sleeps 2-6 people (50 m2 – floor space).
We can also accommodate larger groups of 8 - 12 people between this apartment and the garden apartment in the same development which is perfect if you want to ensure you are in the same area of Chamonix.
This apartment has one double bedroom, one twin room (bunk beds) and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The open plan living/dining room has French doors opening onto the large South facing balcony from where there are magnificent views of Mont Blanc, the Glacier de Bossons and the Aiguilles around it. The ski bus stops right outside.

Chamonix is the perfect holiday destination for any season! You'll be surprised at the size of this alpine mountain town and the amount it has to offer you. Chamonix sits at the foot of Mont Blanc in the heart of the French Alps, displaying glaciers and breathtaking views of the snow capped mountains all around.
The skiing in Chamonix has a reputation for steep unforgiving runs, and there is enough on-piste challenge to provide a work-out for even the most advanced skiers. There is also plenty of skiing for the intermediate skier, enormous off-piste potential and some of the best ski touring in the world.
Historic Chamonix is a cosmopolitan town full of life and incredible scenery. In addition to the Ski season for which it is famous, there are hundreds of shops, countless restaurants, bars, clubs and a casino. There is also the sports centre with indoor and outdoor pools, ice rink, rock climbing, paragliding, water rafting, mountain bike trails and an 18 hole golf course. There's always plenty to do for the children too. Chamonix also has a the highest cable car in Europe to take you to the top of Mont Blanc and the Montenvers train to visit the Sea of Ice glacier and ice grotto. Plus cinema, Alpine Museum and a local market on Saturday morning - selling a wide range of local produce.
With a huge range of on and off mountain activities, there is something for everyone throughout the year. Chamonix is a place you'll want to come back to time and time again!
Chamonix / Les Gaillands area
The apartment is perfect for those wanting to be close enough to enjoy the centre of Chamonix (just a 15 minute walk away) whilst also benefiting from the beautiful surrounding lakes, walks and Les Gaillands climbing area.
The local bus also runs close to the apartment to take you to all lift areas across Chamonix valley.
Hotel Le Vert is 30m away. As guests of Chamonix All Year you are welcome to use their wireless internet, play some pool, catch all the latest sporting events, or just relax in the lively atmoshere of the lounge bar. They also have a good restaurant offering international cuisine which is open 7pm-11pm.
For 4 euros per trip (min. 3 people) you can also arrange a morning lift transfer or trip to the centre of Chamonix too
How to get there
Book a private or shared door to door transfer with us. We have carefully selected two partners to take you from Geneva to your chosen accommodation in Chamonix.
We can include the transfers costs (in sterling) in with the price of your accommodation and book on your behalf. To do this, please advise us of your dates, flight number and arrival / departure times, contact mobile number and the number of people in your party and we will organise this for you. Please also let us know if you are travelling with Skis or snowboards or require child seats.

The apartment is available for both long and short lets, with flexible changover dates.
Bookings are usually Saturday to Saturday, but we are flexible on your dates and also offer season letting. Just let us know your requirements and we will work out a price for you.
We are also happy to offer discounts on bookings of more than week.
Conditions
30% is required as a deposit and the balance 8 weeks before you holiday. If you book late and the above is not possible full payment is then required. In addition we also require a £200 refundable damage deposit cheque (this needs to be a separate cheque as it is not cashed. We hold onto this and return it to you once the apartment has been checked for your departure). We will always confirm safe receipt of payment for you. Once you have booked we will also send you an information pack with car hire, directions to the apartment, lift maps, town maps, Chamonix brochure, recommended restaurants and bars. In addition we can also: - arrange Airport transfers from Geneva Airport. - offer ski hire discount. - offer discount on mountain bike hire too.
