Good access to skiing, walking, biking and climbing areas. Gated secure car parking for 2 cars. Ground floor private entrance.
Great location for winter skiing and summer activity holidays. Spacious flat sleeps 10 in 4 rooms, Wi-Fi Broadband, DVD library & 42" flatscreen. Nearest ski-lift 800m, Le Tour, main ski area, Grands Montets, 1km. There is a bus stop and train station outside the flat, the bus is free with lift pass & connects all ski areas and valley locations, runs every 15 mins during the day. Argentiere shops, bars, restaurants etc 1km. Good wheelchair access and child/pet friendly.

The Chamonix / Argentiere area
The Grands Montets is the main ski area but there are 10 others incuded in the valley pass. A well developed winter and summer infrastructure for all activities and entertainment from extreme sports to rambling or relaxing. Facilities for dining and shopping are extensive and the night life excellent.

We loved the Alps, there is so much to see and do. Bel Alp is a good base and well located. The apartment is spaciaous and well appointed. Gripes are minor, it is not clear where the outdoor space is so we ended up sitting on te grass outside, the only other issue is that the apartment is damp and therefore there is a strong damp smell. We bought air refereshers but the smell remaind. I must say that you pay for what you get and this is a minor gripe. You cannot expect Hilton luxury and the location a space provided more then make up for this. One other piece of feedback for Mr Pollard is it would be useful to provide more local information e.g. the free travel concession, this is so useful, similaorly details of cable car deals is useful but was not in the welcome book. Response: The damp was a temporary problem in one of the rooms and has been dealt with. The outside area is large and spans the full length of the apartment at the front with lawn and hard standing areas. The web site for the property contains an abundance of information for guests, this is accessible in the property through the WiFi. |

We had a lovely holiday. excellent flat - spacious and great value, great location - Robinsons.
The Grands Montets skiing is the best in Europe and viewable from the flat - Mr Davis.
