A 2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4-6. Part of one of the oldest buildings in the Chamonix valley (well into it's 4th century) the flat is cosy and in traditional Savoyard style. It stands in a spacious garden near the Grands Montets lifts and 100m from the ski bus stop.
We benefit from more sunshine than almost any other location in the valley receiving many hours on sun light even in mid-winter. All in all we offer a relaxing and comfortable spot for a winter break, facilities for all the family. Safe grounds for the kids to play in, welcoming local bar, private parking and all the world renowned facilities of the Chamonix valley.

"Comfortable, affordable, clean and friendly."
We had a very pleasant stay in Sara's and Ian's house. The apartment, which we had all for our selves was very clean, warm and had a nice shower and an equipped kitchen. Perhaps not the most luxurious of accommodations but it met our needs very well (us being just a group of people that want to hit the slopes early and stay out most of the day). We slept well every night which is absolutely essential for a successful skiing trip.
The house is located short distance from the bus station from where you can go to any of the nearby slopes and the village center is only a 10 minutes walking distance away.
Sara and Ian were very, very, helpful and friendly and always ready to help out with whatever we needed.
I can say that as an experienced traveller I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

"GREAT SKI HOLIDAY IN VERY SPACIOUS COMFORTABLE ACCOMMODATION"
Chamonix is a resort for the true ski lover & as such we had a fantastic time! The owners live on the bottom floor, we found them extremely welcoming, friendly & happy to share their wealth of knowledge of the area from skiing to eateries. The apartment was (by French standards) very spacious easily accommodating 4 in two proper bedrooms with a sofa bed in the large lounge/dining area. The kitchen had everything you could need to self cater in a rustic farmhouse style, large bathroom good sized bedrooms. Clients return year after year, the best recommendation of all, will we go back?....you bed we will.
