We are very pleased to offer this fabulous 3 bedroom 3 bathroom centrally located apartment at the foot of the Brevent cable car. With its large windows, and balconies on three sides the views all around are spectacular. You can almost touch the mountains.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a large chalet half way between Chamonix Tourist Office and the Brevent cable car. The chalet has a lift, private garage parking for one car as well as surface parking and a ski locker.

You enter the apartment at the end of the main hall. Immediately on your left you have a bathroom with a hydro massage shower and WC. Next on the left is spacious bedroom that can be either twin or double which also has a lounge sofa. The large window looks directly south to the Mount Blanc Massif. Leading off this room there is a spacious en-suite bathroom with bath/shower & WC.

On the right side of the hall is the kitchen, large enough and as well equipped as any chalet kitchen, boasting all mod cons and a beautiful marble worktop. From the balcony, you can check if the Brevent cable car is in operation.

Next along on the right is a bedroom with twin beds. Immediately after this is another large bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower & WC. It has a west facing balcony looking directly at Mount Blanc.

At the end of the hall on the left is a spacious open plan lounge/dining area with magnificent views from south and west facing windows across Chamonix and the Mont Blanc massif. There is a large screen TV with UK sat and BOSE entertainment system with hard drive stored movies and music. It has a south facing balcony. This area has a wonderful stone open fire and chimney.

"Spectacular Views!!!"

Stayed in this apartment multiple times and we continue to return year after year. From the moment you walk in you feel the cosy atmosphere and take in the fabulous views. The apartment is spacious, spotless and very well located. Couldn't fault a thing! Can't wait for our next visit...

"Aran ticks all the right boxes"

Stayed in Apartment Aran in early spring of this year - what a treat! Absolutely beautiful apartment in an absolutely beautiful place. Views from the windows were quite breathtaking. We were a group of three couples and stayed a week. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two of the bedrooms are en suite) - one bedroom in particular is fabulous with a balcony and views over Mont Blanc. The living/dining room is huge with super comfy couches and more incredible mountain views. We found the private boot room downstairs to be very handy, especially in the evening when all the ski gear was wet. Distance from the apartment to the nearest slope (brevant I think) was also a massive plus - you can see the lift from the kitchen! The only downside was the rather steep hill between the apartment and the village. It's not that far at all but very steep - a good workout, I suppose, after one too many cheese fondues.

"We will be back to stay in Aran, Chamonix"

Came to chamonix for a long weekend break to enjoy some mountain air and celebrate wife's birthday. Summer season only beginning so place nice and quiet though not as warm as would have liked in evenings. Stayed in Apartment Aran on recommendation from a friend with wife and two teenage children. Kids delighted to have a room each - apartment could easily hold six comfortably, though couples might not like the twin-bed set-up of one of the rooms. Very impressed by apartment - tasteful furniture, interesting art work on walls and magnificent views. Bad weather kept us locked in one afternoon but we were more than happy to relax, watch one of the dvds and look out at the mountains. Apartment is very close to town centre which is full of restaurants, bars and cafes. Also very close to plenty of walking routes and what looks like a ski lift for wintertime. Our only complaint was that we were not staying longer. Chamonix deserves more than a long weekend and when we come back we will definitely stay in the same place again.
