Résidence Villa 3 is a recently refurbished, 2/3 bedroomed duplex apartment (including an open mezzanine bedroom) on the top two floors of a traditional Chamonix building. The lower floor comprises an open plan living and dining area with a double sofabed, a fully equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom, a luxury shower room and a second full bathroom. On the upper level there is a further twin bedroom and a single mezzanine room. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to make self-catering easy. There is no lift in the building and a walk up three levels of stairs is required to reach the front door of the apartment.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard with modern furniture and design throughout. There is a TV, DVD player, Playstation, iPod speakers and Wi-Fi access. The apartment has a private cave for ski storage and it is allocated a secure underground parking space - a rarity in such a central location. There are beautiful views from three sides of the apartment including three windows all looking up to Mont Blanc. Tthe apartment has its own washing machine and there is plenty of hanging space to dry items or there is a full self-service launderette near the entrance to the apartment block.

The mountain scenery overlooks the town from all angles including the highest mountain of all - Mont-Blanc.

Chamonix

Skiing and Snowboarding: Chamonix is one of the world's most famous ski areas, having hosted the first Winter Olympics in 1924. Skiers and snowboarders of all levels are well-served in a variety of differing areas around Chamonix, including Brevent, Flegere, the famous Grands Montets and Domaine du Balme. The Mont Blanc pass also covers nearby areas including Les Houches, St Gervais, Megeve, Courmayeur and Les Contamines, all within an easy drive. Slightly further afield, but within an hour's drive are Verbier, La Thuile, Flaine and Les Carroz. Despite its reputation as an area for experts only, there are plenty of green, blue and red runs to satisfy beginners and intermediates alike. For the more experienced, Chamonix has miles and miles of adventurous off-piste, including the famous Vallee Blanche, an 18km experience from the Aiguille du Midi down to the town.

Summer: With the draw of Europe's premier natural attraction, Mont Blanc, Chamonix never sleeps. Whether it's simply to soak up the stunning scenery or get the adrenaline pumping, there is plenty for everybody to do all year round. There are a wide variety of marked trails for hiking and trekking; well-maintained bolted routes for rock-climbing; limitless mountaineering opportunities including Mont Blanc itself; an ever-expanding network of mountain bike trails; some of the most consistent thermals for superb paragliding; raging white water rapids for rafting and hydro speeding; canyoning and abseiling down the spectacular valley gorges; golf at the Trent Jones Sr designed 18 hole course in Chamonix, as well as many other top quality courses nearby; the sports centre has an indoor and outdoor 50m swimming pool and a large grassed sunbathing area, water slides, numerous tennis courts, gym, spa, Jacuzzi, the list goes on!

"All what you can expect for with a bit of extra."

First, great value for money. Second, location, we drove all the way from London. Getting there we did park the cars on a covered garage, we only took the cars out on the departure time. Everything i… More

"Excellent apartment well equipped and in a great location"

I was somewhat nervous having never before booked through this organisation but my fears were not justified. The booking and checking in procedures were very smooth. Good service from the Sno-station team who also arranged discounted ski-passes that were waiting for us in the apartment on our arrival. We really appreciated the fact that the apartment has its own garage in the cellar, which was wide and easy to park - a must considering the central location in town. Also very useful was the ski rental show - right next door !. The apartment was well equipped so we found everything we needed...Even Wifi access !!.
The only negative was the 4 flights of stairs to negotiate after a hard day's skiing....but we didnt care. Will definitely come again - Thanks James

"Great modern facilities in a very central location"

The flat is located very close to the centre of Chamonix (shops and restaurants), the central bus stop and also close to the Aiguille de Midi cable car. This makes it a perfect location for all outdoor activities available in Chamonix. The flat has very modern furnishings (including wifi and a washing machine) and also has two bathrooms, which was really useful. This is a great flat, highly recommended.
