This new development by award winning developer MGM provides you with a very comfortable base to explore the Chamonix valley. Located in the rural village of Taconnaz - approx 2km from Les Houches and 4km from Chamonix.

The lounge has a wood burning stove, L-shaped sofa, dining table, free Wi-Fi, PS2, DVD, iPod compatible music speaker & British Freeview satellite TV. Fully fitted kitchen incl. fridge, dishwasher and speed cook oven. It also has the convenience of a washing machine for longer stays. The balcony overlooks a large garden and offers magnificent views of Aiguille de Midi & Mont Blanc. Parking and a ski / boot store in underground car park / basement.

You're immediately on the doorstep of some great valley walks as well as easy reach of the slopes & towns - both bus and train stops are within a short walk

A £200 deposit is required to secure the booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday date. We ask for a deposit of 250 Euro (or UK£200) payable in cash on arrival, this will be fully refunded provided that nothing is damaged, broken or lost and no special cleaning is required. Bookings are preferably taken from Saturday to Saturday although there may be flexibility. Minimum booking is 4 nights. Please call or email for any enquiries.

Unless by prior arrangement, arrival is no earlier than 4pm with departure by 10am.

Note there is an additional £30 charge if more than 4 people are staying.
