Grepon is a fully refurbished studio apartment in central Chamonix, overlooking the river and with views up to Brevent. The accommodation comprises a hall area with 2 bunks and storage. The open plan living area has a fitted kitchen and dining table for 4. The seating is provided by a double and a single sofabed making the maximum capacity 4 people. A glass door opens onto a good sized balcony with outside table and chairs. The bathroom has a bath with shower above and washing machine below the basin and there is a separate WC.

The underground car park can be accessed internally and has a parking space for the apartment's use. Grepon offers a good option as a base for a Winter or Summer holiday for up to 4 people on a budget.

The Rhone/French Alps region

Grepon is situated just to the south-west of Chamonix town centre, bordering the river on Promenade Marie Paradis. It is 300 metres from the main shopping street, Rue Docteur Paccard (3 minutes by foot), but many amenities are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest supermarket is Spar (main season only) in the square in Chamonix Sud (100 metres away). There are several bars within a minutes' walk, including the Jekyll, Munster and Monkey with restaurants including the Jekyll again, l'Impossible and several along Avenue de l'Aiguille du Midi.

For access to the slopes, Grepon is very well located, being 150 metres from the main bus stop. It is also no more than 2 minutes' walk to the Aiguille du Midi cable car, giving access to the infamous Vallee Blanche.
