The 180 sqm chalet consists of three floors with the upstairs featuring an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and living/dining room, with areas to read, to work and to watch TV all centred around a wood-burning fireplace. Double height windows lead to the beautiful south-facing terrace with spectacular views of the Aigiulle du Midi and Mont Blanc. Two balconies on either side of this level offer more stunning views of Les Drus and the Brevent/Flégère region.
Bedrooms and bathrooms:
Two bedrooms with king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms as well as walk-in closets are located on the main floor. A separate guest toilet can also be found here. Both bedrooms have access to the outside jacuzzi on the wooden deck in the garden.
The third bedroom is located in the basement and can sleep four people. There are bunk beds, as well as twin beds, which are easily converted into a double bed, again with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet.
Also in the basement you will find the exercise/sauna room equipped with a cross trainer and a shower. Right next to it is a laundry facility with brand new Bosch washer and dryer.
The downstairs corridor features a ski boot warmer and leads directly into the two secure underground garages.

The chalet has its own private garden with a hot-tub. The south-facing terrace off the first floor has a dining-table with 8 chairs and offers superb views of the mountains. There is a parking space outside the chalet as well as two more spaces in the secure underground garage. The path from the chalet gives immediate access to walks, hikes and treks and cross-country-skiing.
The chalet is self-catering and offers a fully equipped kitchen with appliances like fondue set, raclette set and a hot plate for grilling meats and fish.
The Rhone/French Alps region
The Rhone-Alpes region is not only very diverse, it is also the meeting point of northern and southern Europe, bordering on Switzerland and Italy. This region contains a wide variety of sites and a wealth of historical, geographical, cultural and economic treasures. The Rhone-Alpes region includes the Ain, Ardeche, Drome, Isere, Loire, Rhone, Savoie and Haute-Savoie departments. The capital of the RHONE-ALPS region is the gallo-romane city of Lyon. The mountains including Mont-Blanc (4807 meters), natural parks, rivers and mountains rivers, and famous vineyards.
La Drome department is in the old Dauphine Province, which includes the Drome, Isere and Haute-Alpes. The Savoie and Haute-Savoie and a part of Isere represent the Alps in the RHONE region.
The region of the Haute-Savoie is situated from the Mont-Blanc (4 807m) to the Lac of Annecy, from the meridional side of the Lac Leman to the Alpages of Aramis (pre-alps), from the forest of the Bauges to the vineyards of Cotes du Rhone. La Haute-Savoie offer a palette of different countryside not commun in France, and is famous for its outdoor activities, magnificent scenery and hearty food.
Chamonix, the mountaineering capital of the world, is nestled right at the foot of Mont Blanc and offers an array of places of special interest like a ride in the Aiguille du Midi telecabine all the way to 3.800m to get a closer look at the Mont Blanc Massif in all its splendor, or a visit in the Montenvers train to the famous Mer de Glace (ice grotto), which takes you right into the heart of the glacier where the colour of the ice will leave you breathless. There are also numerous museums to visit like the “Musée Alpin”, the Musée des Cristaux, or the “Chalet de la Reserve des Aiguilles Rouges.
