There is a private balcony with fantastic views of the mountains and the town centre which makes the perfect spot to enjoy an alfresco coffee before heading out for the day.
Refundable breakage deposit of £90/€100 is required for all bookings.
The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival and fresh linen is provided including towels. This service is included in the weekly rental prices advertised. For bookings of less than a week the linen/towels will be charged separately, if requested, please enquire for the price.
You will be met on arrival by our English / French speaking agent who will introduce the apartment and give helpful advice on the surrounding area and facilities and also will give you the keys to the apartment.
Check in time is generally at 3pm and check out is at 10am. Bookings are from Sat to Sat during the peak period.

The Rhone / French Alps / Haute-Savoie region
Rhône-Alpes region of eastern France. It borders both Switzerland and Italy. It's famous for its mountains, lakes and forests. The season is all year round. You can take your pick of the many sporting activities that mountain resorts, such as Chamonix, Morzine and Les Gets have to offer, including climbing, mountain walking or white water rafting. But if you’re feeling less energetic you can enjoy spectacular mountain views from the comfort of a cable car and you can also try summer skiing on the glaciers above Val d’Isère or Tignes.
The lakes of Annecy, Le Bourget and Geneva also have much to offer, including watersports such as windsurfing, sailing or water skiing, as well as swimming and boat trips. And if all this is not enough day trips across to neighbouring Switzerland and Italy are also possible.

We stayed for 2 and a half weeks in Chamonix. Such a beautiful town. The apartment was small but perfectly adequate and comfortable for our stay. Lovely views from the balcony! We would stay again but maybe without the children next time. Only complaint was we needed more than one key to the apartment but only one was available.

We found the apartment clean, comfortable and in excellent condition, and the owner was really receptive to enquiries and questions. Excellent location with short walk to slopes, après ski and supermarket. The skiing was brilliant and we loved the free bus service.
We would highly recommend this apartment for couples or small groups.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It is in a very good location in the centre of town and it's also well placed for the ski lifts and bus - you really don't need a car which worked perfectly for us.
Apartment was very clean and bright, the decor is smart, comfortable and brand new, and it had everything we needed for our stay. We come to Chamonix every year and this was by far the best place we have stayed in.
